he threw a rope around my neck then tying it to his horse i struggle to get it off the other man recovered and tied my feet "call the men down lets take her by truck also that foal" he said into a radio we waited for a while and a truck arrived we where forced on it before it took off. we stopped at some village and the back door swung down making a loud thud he cut the ropes then whipped my behind i ran off the ramp into the field there was other horses but they looked way more happy running around then getting pats from the men a few minutes later many children ran in screaming with joy then patting the other horses and pony's one of the boys walked over to me getting really close he put his hand to my muzzle giving me a pat. My warm breath blowing at his face he continued to try getting closer but i moved away each time but he continued to try till i gave up he fiddled with my mane for a bit i looked to see he was braiding my mane i heard neighs and stamping feet i looked up and for a second though my eyes where playing tricks on me but it looked like Archer with the rest of them being pulled into the field i whinnied out to them catching their attention they ran towards me Lucky's coat had turned a golden color with dark legs her mane and tail black archer was black with white just like me but still had a black moon on his chest his mane and tail black gorden along with hunter looked the same i last saw them but more worn down archer was tall like hunter but lucky was short a little bit smaller than me. i nuzzled and hugged them happy that we where all together "how did you guys find me" i asked and gorden stepped up "we followed your trail across many roads lands and rivers to find you" he replied "but those pesky humans found us catching us then bringing us here" hunter added "but if they didn't we would not have found you" he laughed "mum i missed you so much" archer said resting his head over my back lucky was looking at Alex who was under me trying to suckle which i allowed but there was no milk there for him "who's this?" lucky asked me "mum is this a new sibling!?" she asked excited at those words i could have sworn i saw flames in hunters eyes he snapped coming towards me trying to bite him i used my body as a shield alex bolted and i ran after him protecting him from hunters bites i could tell he was mad thinking i had a new foal that is not his. after a while of him chasing us he stopped lucky came over smelling him "mum he does not smell like you?" she said confused "he's not mine he got separated from his mother" i replied and we all settled, the sun soon went down and the air cooling alex under me a sleep and lucky by my side archer a bit more further away hunter was near archer and gorden doing his own thing we were all slowly falling a sleep the humans had left shutting the huge gates behind them hours before Three Weeks Later Lotta's POV we all had gotten use to the pattern again stall by night field at day also giving rides to children in the afternoon we where use to the halters leads and all that as well. i trot out of my stall as they led me out with alex behind me eager to start the day i could see hunter out in the field being led around tack on him as well alex was taken somewhere else as they where trying to find him a mother and today he was going to be matched with someone lucky and archer where running around nipping each other they where two years old and still acted like baby's she took the lead off letting me in the field the halter still on me for when they come to get me at night i walked off into the field usually i would run off but i felt a bit heavy for that right now children came bawling into the field the same boy approached me like he did everyday giving me treats and pats drawing pictures of me as i graze on grass and every so often would lay on my back to draw i walked to the part of field i would often relax in before he began his drawing i ate some grass which tasted lovely lucky came sprinting over before jumping up with her front legs draped over my side playfully archer came running past but gave a small kick to my rump before fleeing "go get him back" i said to lucky who got down then chased after him i flopped onto the grass next to the boy i layed there for a while but i could feel pressure building on my stomach so i sat up a bit with not enough energy to get up onto my feet my sides feeling weird i managed to get to my feet i walked around a bit but my sides where really irritating. Four Hours Later it was starting to get dark as the sun went down with everyone going back into their stalls. he walked over to me with the lead rope "can't she stay out longer" the boy whined "sorry little dude but me and the team have been monitoring her all day and she has been showing signs of labor" he replied messing up the boys hair "well can i watch her have her baby with you guys as well" he whine hugging my neck "sorry bro but mum will want you home its getting dark" he said as he clipped the lead on my halter then leading me away towards the stalls he got me in then took the halter off leaving then shutting the door after himself, the stall had hay in it along with oats in a sack the door slid open the boy sneaking in before closing the door up i nipped at my sides and he sat down with his bag next to him i could tell this was going to be one long night.
