Jim Gordon and Harvey Bullock were given the address to a concrete cube in the middle of the forest.

The door opened and they were escorted by a serious woman around the full grey maze.

"So this whole joint is underground?" The woman shortly answered the officers question.

"Mr Wilde values his privacy." Her tone was monotone and bored, it clearly meant business.

"How long has he lived here?" This time the question was made by the famous Jim Gordon.

"He finished construction six years ago." The woman's answers were short and submissive. They kept turning lefts and rights until they reached a door.

"Echo 4916." A robotic voice was the one to answer.

"Welcome Miss Echo." The door opened and the woman said.

" He'll see you now. " She moved against the wall to let both men through the office door.

Both men walked carefully into the office, Jim being the first one to speak.

"Thank you for seeing us mister Wilde." The man's back was facing them and he slowly turned around. The face they expected wasn't the one they saw. The identical image of the famous criminal Jerome Valeska was standing in front of their eyes.

"I expected you might come captain." Both men grabbed their guns and aimed them towards the redhead .

"My god, there's two of them."

The man wearing the suit slowly lifted his hands over his head to avoid getting shot. After some seconds of this tension the man asked:

"May I put my hands down gentlemen? Please."

The captain was the one to speak.

"Apologies Mr. Wilde, you took us by surprise." Mr Wilde approached the two mem, circling the table.

"It's understandable, you can call me Jeremiah, that's the name my mother gave me." He kept walking slowly towards then, now a few feet away. "You solved her murder Captain Gordon. I owe you a lot of gratitude for that and for putting Jerome in Arkham, that is where he belongs." Th he captain approached the man in his twenties.

" He never mentioned you before. " His questioning gaze made the redhead smile sadly

"No. I suppose you wouldn't know. From the letters my mother sent me, he never spoke about me after I left." The voice of the oldest man was heard around the office.

"Left where?" Harvey's voice indicated he wasn't fully convinced by what the young man was saying.

"The circus." Jeremiah unbuttoned his jacket . "They took me away to protect me from him." He then sat down on his table. " See, we were always different, Jerome and I. From an early age, I showed a proficiency in math and design and Jerome mainly the mutilation of alley cats. For my tenth birthday, he held a cake knife to my throat. A few weeks later he lot my med on fire. It was like living in a nightmare. My mother knew one day he would eventually succeed. So one night my uncle came into my room while Jerome slept, and told me he was going to take me away. I had no idea where, but I kissed my mother goodbye, told her I loved her, and I never saw her again. "

"He took you to Saint Ignatius."

" Got a new name, a new life, I was finely able to live without fear."

In that moment the Captain spotted a photo of a man and a woman dressed with wedding clothes kissing. Both faces were not able to be seen because of the rice being thrown and the bride's bouquet covering there faces a bit.
