Chapter 12

Jimmy's POV

It was late at night, around 8 P.M. when Jimmy had headed into Robert's car. Jimmy knew that Hailey was probably asleep by now, but Jimmy didn't care. "Are you sure it's a good idea to visit Hailey while she's asleep?" Robert asked as he got his car running. Jimmy nodded. "I don't see a problem." He said. "She'll probably have to wake up to do something here and there." Robert sighed. "Okay, I guess you're right. Are you going to, like, sneak into her bedroom or something?" Jimmy shrugged. "I don't know." He said. "I'd have to decide when we get there." At the moment, Jimmy was just focused on seeing Hailey again. Jimmy already had plans going on in his mind. He wanted to take Hailey to Pangbourne with him one day, even though Charlotte and Scarlet lived there. Jimmy knew that Charlotte probably wouldn't mind, and he figured that Scarlet would be able to make a new friend. Jimmy was uncertain on whether or not he should introduce Hailey as a friend, or his...girlfriend. Robert seemed to have noticed that Jimmy appeared deep in thought. "You look like you're zoning out." He said. Jimmy snapped back to attention. "Well, I was." He said. Jimmy looked out the window again, watching as trees and houses and buildings passed by. It seemed like seconds until Robert's car had arrived at Hailey's house. "So...this is where she lives?" Jimmy asked. Robert nodded. "I've never actually been inside it, but I bet it looks lovely." He said.

Jimmy got out of the car and started heading towards the front door. The door had been unlocked, so he was able to just open the door and head inside. As Jimmy looked around, he found himself admiring the interior. The house was just as beautiful on the inside as it was on the outside. There was a fireplace, and the carpeting had a fancy pattern. The wallpaper was just as beautiful and had roses on it. There were some chairs and couches, and a table in front of one of the couches. Jimmy eventually snapped out of his awe, and decided to focus on what he had to do.

A few moments later, Jimmy saw a woman appear. She didn't look young, but didn't look old. She looked friendly though, and Jimmy assumed it was Hailey's mother. Right when she noticed him, Jimmy noticed she looked a bit surprised.

"You are...?"

Jimmy smiled. "Hailey's boyfriend, and yes, also known as Jimmy Page, guitarist of Led Zeppelin." He said. Jimmy couldn't help but smirk slightly when he noticed that Hailey's mother seemed to be a bit more surprised after he had...introduced himself. Jimmy thought she was going to faint. "You're...you're kidding." Hailey's mother said. "No, I'm not." Jimmy said. "Anyways, Robert dropped me off here so I could see your daughter. You see, we haven't seen each other for a few days, and we really missed each other." Hailey's mother slowly nodded, and then smiled. "She's asleep in her room upstairs at the moment. I'm sure she wouldn't mind seeing you there, though." She said. Jimmy's smile grew. "Thanks for the information." He said, before quietly heading up the stairs. Jimmy noticed the door was open, and he was able to see Hailey, who was sound asleep. She looked quite comfortable, and it made Jimmy miss his home a bit. Jimmy slowly entered Hailey's room, and saw some posters on her wall. Jimmy couldn't help but feel proud when he saw some Led Zeppelin posters that had him in it, and then there were posters that had just Jimmy on them.

Well, would you look at that.

Jimmy then saw some framed photos on the wall that appeared to be Hailey when she was younger. One photo was of her proudly posing with a drawing that it looked like she made. Jimmy looked back at the sleeping Hailey, and he went over to sit next to her on the bed. He was curious as to what would happen when she woke up. Jimmy couldn't wait to see her reaction.

Hailey's POV

Hailey felt as though there was someone near her. She had also heard a door opening, people talking, and footsteps. Hailey had only flinched when she had heard the noises, but she fell back asleep, trying not to pay attention to her surroundings. At this point, though, Hailey was basically faking being asleep. Her curiosity eventually got the better of her, and she decided that now was the time for her to finally wake up. When she did, though, she wasn't expecting to see what she saw.
