Hailey felt somewhat sore as she woke up. Her entire body felt somewhat numb and sore. Hailey looked around, and noticed that her clothes were off. "How on Earth did this happen?" She asked herself quietly. Hailey got her clothes on and headed out of the bedroom. To her confusion, Jimmy wasn't around. Hailey then saw the phone. I should probably call Rowan. She thought. She's probably worried sick, and maybe my mom as well. Hailey headed over to the phone and called Rowan, waiting for a response.
Then, there was one.
"Hailey! Is that you?"
Hailey smiled. "Yea, it's me." She answered. "I figured you were really worried, so I called you." Hailey could hear Rowan breathe a sigh of relief. "You were right about me being worried sick." Rowan said. "After everybody had left the music venue, I was looking for you. I had no idea where you were, and I noticed Jimmy was gone too, and then I saw Robert and—"
"Rowan, slow down." Hailey said calmly. "You're talking like you're being held at gunpoint and being forced to say what you're saying." Hailey heard Rowan let out a laugh, and Hailey couldn't help but laugh a bit too. "Anyways, continue what you were saying." Hailey said. "You said something about Robert." There was a pause, but Rowan eventually spoke up again. "I asked Robert if he knew why you and Jimmy were both gone, but he didn't really answer." Rowan explained. "So...now that I'm talking to you and know that you're okay, where are you?" Hailey took a deep breath, thinking about what would happen if she told Rowan that she was at a hotel with Jimmy. She figured that nothing bad would probably happen, and decided to explain. "I'm at a hotel with Jimmy." Hailey answered. "What's it called?" Rowan asked. "I'm not sure." Hailey replied. "It's definitely a five-star hotel, though."
"Wow, really?"
Hailey nodded. "I actually like it here. Nothing bad has happened to me, so you don't have to worry." She said. "In fact, I bet you're probably jealous that I'm in Jimmy Page's hotel room."
"Okay, I might be jealous."
Hailey slightly smirked. "Thought so." She said. "Jimmy seems harmless, and I do know lots of rockstars can be a bit wild, but I think I'll be fine. Where are you, anyway?"
Hailey was able to pick up some background noise and figured that Rowan was either at her home or a friend's. "I'm at my house." Rowan replied. "Why?"
Hailey thought for a few moments before answering.
"Tell your mom to call my mom and say that I'm at your house." Hailey answered. "If she found out I was at a hotel room with...um...a rockstar, and a famous one, she'd probably get really worried."
After a brief pause, Rowan agreed. "Sure." She said. Hailey smiled. "Thank you." She said, before hanging up. If the lie that she was at Rowan's house seemed to work, that meant a bonus point for Hailey. Spending time with her favorite musician was something she'd always wanted, and now, it was quite possible. Hailey put down the phone and began to look around for Jimmy, who was currently nowhere to be seen. Then, she saw that one of the bedrooms had the door open, and Hailey slowly went over to the bedroom. Jimmy was sitting on the bed, with a pen and a piece of paper. "Oh, there you are." Hailey said, smiling. "What are you doing?" She could see a hint of a smile on Jimmy's face, even though he didn't look up at Hailey. He seemed to be quite focused on what he was currently doing. "Writing music." Jimmy answered. Hailey went over to sit next to Jimmy, glancing curiously at the sheet. "So...do you just write the music besides playing guitar?" Hailey asked. Jimmy nodded. "Robert adds the words." He said. Eventually, Jimmy looked up at Hailey. "You're up early." He said. Hailey shrugged. "I wake up early frequently." She said. "Felt weird when I woke up, though. I don't know if it was because I was tired or if something happened yesterday. I can't remember anything about yesterday, though." Jimmy smiled. "Well, you'll probably feel better eventually." He said. "You probably can't remember much because of the tequila." Hailey raised an eyebrow. "What?" She asked. "Yesterday we drank some tequila." Jimmy explained. "They were just shots, though." Hailey felt a bit nervous. "I actually drank them?" She asked. Jimmy nodded, and stroked Hailey's hair. "What happened next?" Hailey asked. Jimmy smiled again. "We made sweet, sweet love afterwards." He answered. Hailey didn't know how to respond. "I'm underage though, aren't I?" She asked. Jimmy seemed unfazed. "That's why I want you to keep it secret." He said. "It's not a huge deal, but you don't want me to go to jail now, do you?" Hailey thought about it. "Yea, you're right." She said. "I wouldn't want anything to happen to you. I mean, you're—"
