Chapter 49. Part 2: An understanding.

German had finished his meeting and Angie had done all her shopping with Angelica and Violetta. They both headed to the park in different directions to another.

Angie got there first, she sat down on the bench and waited for German. As she sat, she scrolled through her phone and looked on her calender. Something stood out straight away. Tomorrow is the day where German and her find out the gender of the baby. It was highlighted on her calender.

German's shadow appeared on the ground, Angie looked up.

"Ah German, hi".

"Hi Angie".

Angie eyes went from looking at German's face to his left hand, he had hold of  a picnic biscuit.

"I guess we need to talk obviously".

"Yeah Angie, but I want us to eat and try to just relax, okay".

Angie nodded.

"I suppose we can only try" Angie smiled.

Her smile gave German a little hope.

He sat down beside her.

"German, I need you to know that I don't regret slapping Jade. I saw the kiss but I know it was her who kissed you. As far as i'm concerned she deserved that slap. I am sorry that Violetta got involved, I didn't ask her to. I guess she was just being protective but i'm still quite shocked at how strong she is".

"Angie, I agree with you. She deserved that slap but you a pregnant, I don't want you to stress. It's not good for you or the baby. To be honest, i'm very shocked too Violetta is such a good girl, normally the type of girl to keep herself out of arguments but I spoke to her earlier. You were right, she said she was only trying to protect you and the baby".

Angie nodded.

"Well German, now what about that nightmare you had...I know it was about Jade. What happened..please tell me".

German sighed.

"Okay, well Jade was in our house..with Matias. Matias kept saying we are all going to be family. I asked him what he meant. He replied with that he's going to marry you. Then Jade butted in saying her and I were getting married. I was horrified".

"Ah that's why you shouted 'no,no never'. I was just curious, I still don't get why you had a bad dream about her or why she came to the house after not bothering us for a month. Why?" questioned Angie.

"Well Jade said she was told by someone, that we have split up. She didn't say who...but she said she had just gotten married not long ago".

"Well we need to find out who said that and what!? Jade's married! The poor man!".

"We will find out who but at the moment we have something very important coming up don't we..? The scan tomorrow. Are you excited Angie?"

"Yes very, I can't wait to see little bean up on the monitor. It feels like ages since the last scan but now we can finally find out if we are having a girl or boy".

"I can't wait either, I love little bean so much and I love you so much too".

Angie smiled and grabbed hold of German's hands.

"I love you and little bean to the stars and back. You, Violetta and little bean are my life, my family now. I'm so grateful and humble that I have such a caring family. I'm also happy I have the best husband in the whole entire world".

Angie kissed German there and then. This was a long and passionate kiss.

"I'm also happy I have the most gorgeous wife who will be the Mother of my child. I wouldn't have my life any other way. Anyway Mrs Castilo, since your eating for two, i've brought you a picnic basket full of your favourite foods. I've also got lemon cake".

Angie's face lit up when she heard the words 'lemon cake'.

"Well, what are we waiting for German. Like you say I am eating for two. Come on let's find a spot on the grass or by the lake where we can eat. The sun is shining, we can make an afternoon of it".

German nodded so Angie grabbed hold of his hand, got up and off they went. To find a perfect spot to enjoy their afternoon together.
