Chapter 13. A perfect afternoon ruined...

Angie and German walked out of the studio and went to German's car.

Their was a piece of paper stuck to the left window wiper. Angie looked at German confused. German shrugged his shoulders and picked up the piece of paper.

It read in capital letters: ANGIE, YOU WILL REGRET CROSSING ME. JUST YOU WAIT AND SEE.

German just stood staring at the piece of paper. Angie walked over to German and tried to take the paper off him...but he wouldn't let go.

"German, let go. Let me read it. What's the matter?" asked Angie looking concerned.

"No Angie, it's nothing, you don't need to read it" replied German.

"Just let me have a look!" Angie was getting frustrated now.

"No Angie"

"German for goodness sake. Give it here!"

German sighed and gave in. He passed the paper of to Angie.

Angie read it.

She looked gobsmacked. She felt a shiver down her spine.

"A,a,a,ah..I...see" gulped Angie.

"Look Angie, it won't mean anything. It's nothing"

"German! What do you mean it's nothing!? It's Jade. She's trying to scare me off but it won't work"

German gave Angie a reassuring smile and kissed her on the cheek.

"I love you German"

"I love you too Angie"

Angie smiled and crumpled up the piece of paper and chucked it on the floor.

They got in to the car.

"Angie, since we didn't get to go out of lunch. Do you fancy going out for dinner?" asked German.

"Ah I don't really want to go out for dinner. Can we do something else but involve Violetta, Ramallo and Olga?" replied Angie.

German nodded.

"Yes of course"

Angie smiled.

"How about a little trip to the beach? It's sunny and it would be perfect to go for a stroll beside the sea"

"Your right! Yeah, let's do it!"

Angie screamed excitedly and lent over to kiss German on the cheek.

"Aw I can't wait. You and I holding hands while strolling down the beach. Violetta picking shells and writing in the sand. Olga & Ramallo..well I don't know what Olga will have in store for Ramallo" laughed Angie.

"This is going to be a perfect afternoon. It sounds like absolute bliss. We can forget all about Jade and just enjoy being in each-other's company" replied German.

"Yes well German, I've just remembered Vilu is still in the Studio. I'll go and get her. While i'm gone you can ring Ramallo & Olga. We will pick them up and go"

German nodded.

Angie got out of the car and walked back in to the Studio.

Meanwhile....

Just as German was about to ring Ramallo. His phone began to ring.

"Huh..no caller ID" said German to himself.

He accepted the call.

"Hello?"

"Hello German! Did Angie get my note?" cackled Jade.
