It was like she was flying, she didnt know Beej was watching so she continued and her eyes did that thing again. It freaked her out when she saw her reflection in the window and shuddered and stopped with a thud.
(Yes her period is over haha!)
She went to her room and stared at her mirror changing her eyes. Than turned around and looked at the swing chair. She strived to swing it and successfully did. Than she opened her window, she was in shock and started to break down. She made her door open and close aggressively when she started to cry. Every time her emotions got stronger her force was stronger as well. She tried to make it stop but it grew and grew.
Her lights flickered and everything was floating. Barbra heard her screaming since she was a morning person as usual. She looked in shock at y/n. Y/n didnt see her until she screamed and everything stopped moving, floating, and slamming.
The room was a mess.
"Oh, dont be scared...please" y/n pleaded on her legs
"I-im not, I swear! Are you okay?" Barbara asked in a motherly way
"I think so, I just got scared of myself" y/n said
"Its 6 in the morning, you should get more rest heh" she insisted
"Yeah" y/n said
She went back to bed to find an awake Beetlejuice looking through your sketchbook
Reader pov
"Why up so early?" You asked
"I heard you scream, are you okay?" He asked concerned
"Yeah, just testing the thing out" you explained
"Do you think It has something to do with the lightning? When you got shocked and stood still?" He asked
"I mean....mabey...but that doesnt explain my eyes" I said while changing them
"So you can do it on command now? Neat! Good job babes!" He said happily
"Ya know, we haven't really scared anyone in a LONG time...why dont I call some old highschool friends?" I insisted
"Oh gee would i!" He acted like a kid
"Heh heh, okay give me a few minutes
After your scarathon, literally...
You guys ordered some pizza and scared off the delivery guy with your eyes and beetlejuice's head in your arms not having to pay.
You guys ate only a few pieces surprisingly, but decided to leave some for the Maitlands just in case.
Your head started to hurt a bit so you went to the bathroom to get some meds you FINALLY have. When you opened it you looked at yourself and changed your eyes, it felt like a rope you just let go of, a heavy weight. Somehow you started to see color again when your eyes change or what you and beej like to call "phase out" like a superhero or something.
You concentrated on the pill bottle and turned it open with your mind and took out a pill while it goes into your mouth
"Nice" I said to myself
I got better at moving things, bj helped aswell
Today he challenged me in picking up a chair. I barely got it but lost the grasp. I sighed and beetlejuice signaled to try again .
"Okay, I can do this..." I said to myself
When i finally lifted it off i sighed in relief until bj pulled it down and i fell like i was tied to the chair
"Woah! You okay there babes?" He asked
"Yeah, when you pulled the chair down it was like I was tied to it or like a string magnet pulled me down?" You said confused
"Here let me float up and try to pick something up with me" you said
You floated up and picked up a plate
"Push it down" you said
"Ok, wow, so it is like a magnet thingie...cool!" Bj said
"Wow babes, nice ass!" He said looking up your shirt, you wore an oversized shirt with no pants...major regret...
"So your not gonna help me down?" You say madly
"Awww, fine" he said grabbing your leg and bringing you down
You couldn't quite control getting down when floating
