Three uneventful days had passed. My mom never found out about the suspension and I was off the hook. It was Friday morning - the day I was allowed to return to school. I had promised Niall to try and do better at school, avoid being late for class, get good grades and all that crap.

He knew I always kept my promises, though I never made many of those.

I got off my bed and headed towards the bathroom. I washed my face, took a shower, wore my uniform, brushed my hair and teeth and put some cherry lip balm on.

I grabbed my backpack and left my house. I wasn't late so I decided to walk to school.

I was there early for the very first time that year - and lets just say, my mom was more than proud.

I headed towards my locker, unlocked it and put my backpack inside, grabbing my Chemistry book for my first session.

I closed the locker door before I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around to see Niall standing in front of me with a huge smile on his face.

"You're early!" he said, a little too loudly as he threw his arms around me and enveloped me into a hug.

"Yeah, well you better feel special. You're the only reason I woke up this early today. Do you know how much my bed was missing me this morning?" I complained.

"You and your bed will be reunited again tonight, I'm sure it can survive for a few hours." he joked while rolling his eyes.

"So, I need to tell you something." Niall said as we started walking through the halls.

"Spill." I urged him on.

"So there's this girl," Niall paused.

This girl.

My heart sank, drowned in the pits of my stomach, and I pretty much felt like curling up into ball and crying for all eternity right then. But instead, I smiled at him and asked him to continue.

"Her name's Chelsea." he said nervously.

"What!"

I couldn't believe it.

Chelsea, as in Chelsea Reid? The girl who's been bullying me for eight years?

"Relax, she's not Chelsea Reid, they just have the same first name."

I sighed as I pressed my palm to my chest in a relieved manner.

"I still don't like her." I mumbled.

"What are you talking about? You haven't even met her yet" Niall said, getting slightly upset.

"Whatever."

"Well anyway, I met her the other day at the park and we're going on a date Sunday night." Niall said excitedly.

"Good for you." I nodded and smiled.

We continued to walk when I suddenly stopped dead in my tracks.

"Wait a minute, did you say Sunday night?" I stood in front of him, forcing him to stop walking as well.

"Yeah, why?" Niall furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.

"Sunday night's our movie night. We've never missed one of those for the past ten years." I whined.
