Sal woke up wrapped in Larry's embrace, safe and happy. Sal pushed the big oaf off of him so that he could begin to get ready; he liked getting dressed early so that he didn't have to later that day. As he was getting ready he felt a pair of arms slip around his waist.

"I never noticed how many scars you had on your chest and back from the incident..." Larry whispered, his breath hitting the back of Sal's neck and making him shutter.

"Yeah... it wouldn't just go for the face. It clawed as it bit... it wanted me gone." Sal replied, tears starting to well. "They look awful... I need have some on my hands from trying to fend the... the d... the thing off." Sal continued.

"They look beautiful, Sal.." Larry stated, kissing Sal's cheek before letting go of him. Sal smiled a bit then threw on a  plain black T-shirt and distressed black jeans.

"Sure.." Sal sighed, stretching before walking out of the room.

"How'd you sleep?" Ashley asked, sitting up and stretching.

"Good. And yourself?" Sal asked, walking over and sitting next to her. She groaned and laid her head on Sal's lap before wrapping her arms around him.

"Awfulllll." She stated. Sal laughed then petted her hair.

"You're fine." He smiled. Todd woke up in a groggy state, pouting when he looked over at Ashley and me.

"Could be gayer." He said with a yawn. "Where's Larry, and why are you two cuddling?" He asked.

"One, Larry is getting ready. Two, have you never heard of platonic cuddling?" Sal asked, raising an eyebrow. Todd simply rolled his eyes. Larry walked out with a plain black T-shirt, normal black jeans, and an open flannel with rolled up sleeves, with a bottom that was actually quit long and reached his knees. It was pretty much a cardigan.

"You look good." Sal blushed, unlucky in the fact he left his mask in his room. The group talked for quit a while before Todd and Ashley left. "What now?" Larry asked, looking over at Sal.

"I'm not quit sure, dude. What do you want to do?" Sal replied, riffling Larry's hair a bit.

"Sal..." Larry said suddenly. "What are we?"

"Oh- uh... well... I personally have a super huge crush on you but... uh... how do I say this- you're a garden. Beautiful, great... a heavenly sight. But I'm simply a small bug amidst your greatness, nothing special. People gawk at you, smiling as they take pictures. But they're scared of me- they shriek as I walk by, and they step on me when I make myself know... you're great. A garden. But I'm nothing but a small bug." Sal said.

"No.. gardens are nothing without the small bugs at their side. I... Sal I really like you; I love you, dude... people may stare, they may gawk, but at the end of the day it's the one person who they always ignore that deserves the world." Larry replied, cupping Sal's cheek in his hand. "So... what are we really?" He asked. Sal stopped for a moment before smiling a bit.

"Larry Johnson..." he started, straightening up a bit. "Will you please bestow upon me the honor of becoming my partner, both in friendship and love?" He smiled, doing finger guns.

"With that attitude? That beautiful face? How could I say no? I'd have to be crazy." Larry said, putting both his hands on Sal's cheek then squishing them lightly. Sal laughed, knowing it had looked weird because of the chunk missing from his cheek. Teeth exposed and all- but Larry thought it was cool.

Larry moved closer and pulled sal into a light, yet passionate kiss. Both boys wished this moment would last forever.
