Before we begin, I just have to put it out there that "Bob Dylan" fucked me up. Sequel requested by old_fashion_villain. Short fluff, again. FUTCT era.

Pete's hand is getting sore, but he will be damned if he stops stroking Patrick's wrist with his thumb. As of right now, it's their only point of contact, and as much as Pete wants more, the back row of the theatre isn't very sexy when he's actually really invested in Batman Begins.

Pete glances at Patrick when the movie seems to slow down a bit. His eyes are focused on the screen, and he's biting his bottom lip in concentration.

A small grin finds its way onto Pete's face. He leans in and kisses Patrick on the cheek, squeezing his hand gently. Patrick turns to him and grins.

Patrick shifts closer to him in his seat, leans his head on Pete's shoulder.

Pete didn't think they'd been there for that long, but the next thing he knew, the movie was over. Patrick squints when the lights turn back on. He turns to Pete after his eyes have finished adjusting.

"That was pretty good," Patrick says.

"Agreed. I heard it's going to be a trilogy," Pete responds, smiling as he stands from his seat. "Ready to go?"

Patrick hums. "Let me run to the bathroom, then we can leave."

Walking into the night is jarring after being in the theater. There's a slight chill in the air that wasn't there when they entered the theater earlier that day. Patrick wraps his arm around Pete's waist, and Pete slides his hand into Patrick's back pocket.

Patrick shivers when he sits down in the passenger seat of the car. "I didn't expect it to be this dark when we came out."

Pete puts the key in ignition, ready to turn the car on, when a hand on his cheek stops him.

Patrick nudges his face until their eyes lock, then leans in and kisses him sweetly. Pete hums and smiles into the kiss. He brings his hands up and cups Patrick's jaw, pulling him a bit closer.

They part and smile at each other. Patrick's cheeks have turned pink, and Pete loves it. He bumps their noses together, just to hear Patrick giggle.

He pulls away, starting the car. "Ready to go home, baby?" Patrick nods, intertwining their fingers. "Alright, let's go."
