Both of Shikamaru and sakura were standing inside the office after the couples left, Sakura held her head after minutes she realized what happened Naruto ran after hinata leaving them shocked she looked around then she saw Shikamaru leaning on the door frame staring at her, "Shikamaru! Gomen that idiot-" he sighed tired of all of them "it's alright but I need to work" she fixed herself "Sure I'm sorry" she walked and spotted the lunch boxes hinata left on his table, sakura stared at them long then realized it "so he stayed with you?" She mumbled but he heard, Shikamaru dropped the pen knowing that he won't work any time soon "and you didn't tell him to go back home?" He raised his brow "why should i, it's their problem" she frowned her brows "because they're our friends and don't act like you haven't interfered before?" There she caught him but he didn't want to talk about it with her "because it would useless to try harder when there is no feelings in their relationship" how could he say that simply? She remembered the details of their mission to save hanabi "how could you say that? Don't you know hinata she loved him since her childhood since the first time she saw she loved him, what would you do if Naruto went after her to leave her? Would take responsibility o—" "what if hinata was the one who would let go first?" That would be impossible, she would believe that the earth had spilt but not this one but Shikamaru was the one who said that not ino

She walked fast back to her home, she didn't know where her home but she walked the same direction she came from "hinata" she closed her eyes as she heard him calling her for the 10th time but kept walking "hinata please hear me out" the stairs seemed long and her knees began to hurt her so she stopped and turned.. there he spotted them ،her tears threatening to fall down her cheeks he stopped and the words he wanted to say faded she wasn't glaring she was just looking at him "Naruto-kun" quiet, soft, gentle and yet he couldn't say anything "I have been thinking how to keep this relationship with you thinking of all the possibilities and the difficulties that will come from your side your neglecting, your disappearance from home, facing everything alone" he couldn't deny he had done most of them "But I made a mistake" he looked up stepping closer to her at least he won't let her handle all the responsibilities alone this time "hinata wait you're wrong this is my fa—" but she never let him continue "I neglected my side" she held her chest as tears rolled down her cheeks "I trusted myself, trusted my feelings because what I had for you wasn't simple I have held these feelings I carried them inside me for years they became a part of me I never thought I would let go of them" he stood there watching her crying letting her words flew out of her mouth "I loved you Naruto-kun, I loved you for too many years" this words brought back the feelings he felt when he heard her and he couldn't be more grateful for her "I have held you inside here" she pated her chest "felt like you lived next to my heart but I don't know what happened to me I tried to keep them but they fall off and now my chest feels so empty" she wiped her tears with her sleeves "I kept trying again and again denying myself pushing away my thoughts forcing myself to keep living this life neither you wanted this, It hurts yes but this isn't what I want either and I won't force you in my life even there would another chance I won't take it" Naruto felt something falling inside him but he stood there watching his life changing in minutes "So as for right now this is our chance I will let go of this life quietly" He watched her features her tears dried, there was no regret in her eyes nor pretending "I'm not ready to fight again I'm too tired to try" she turned and left, Naruto sat on the stairs he didn't how serious this situation was he hadn't experienced it before but now he realized, Hinata Hyuga princess of one of the strongest clans in this village was the only person who never looked down at him when he was no one, she loved him looked up to him and protected him and yet he returned all of that with pain, neglecting and he ignored her, all the flashbacks of her played in front of him.. tears of shame covered his vision so he hided his head behind his palms and give in none of his power could face this guilt this shame
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry" he whispered those words to none.

She walked inside the bedroom and fell down to her knees and she cried to no end, she never thought she would have to break this relationship, the feelings she had for him her dreams of being with him seemed so far now. She remembered those times now , when she watched him secretly looking up to him ready to fight the world for him and finally after too many years of patience and suffering the one sided love she had she confessed when she thought her ending words would be that but now she had to wait many years later hinata fought in war and celebrated the victory while waiting for his answer then it came like a fairy tales they flew to the moon and they kissed between the stars the feelings she had at that moment not this earth nor the moon could handle them she felt like being in heaven.
Not even the smartest could expect this ending there she was laying in the floor in some strange's house crying the last emotions out ready to let go.

Shino walked to their old training ground knowing he would find his teammate there punching the tree ,throwing kunai letting all his anger on everything surrounded him "Kiba" the Inuzuka stopped without looking back he wiped his sweat by his hand decided to take a break shino sat calmly looking up the dark was showing its colors "so you've heard" kiba was the wild one in the team so shino wasn't surprised when he kicked the tree three times cursing loudly "that won't do anything because of—" this wasn't the time to hear shino's blabbers "Shut Up shino!" and so he did they both fell in silence thinking of something then kiba spoke again "don't you think we should see her?" Shino stayed quiet for a minute then he nodded "but first take a shower"

He was surprised to see choji knocking on his door and not ino "where's ino?" Shikamaru asked as he organized his papers before leaving for dinner with them " she said she will chose a place first" choji walked inside the office it wasn't big but suitable for Shikamaru since he didn't like fancy things still there was something fancy when he looked around then walked towards it "did you buy thses?" Shikamaru looked at the thing he was asking about.... again it was the flowers "Ino gave them to me" choji looked surprised "why?" And now it was Shikamaru's turn to be surprised "doesn't she give you some?" Choji licked his fingers "what for?" Shikamaru forgot about the papers in his hands "when you came back from a mission?" Choji shook his head as Shikamaru stood there staring at him "or when she comes back from a mission?" Again Choji shook his head "not even when you pass by her shop?" Choji was about to say something else before Shikamaru flew passed him heading out, leaving choji munching .

Shino checked all the windows again the lights were off "I don't smell her here" kiba sniffed and rubbed his nose again "maybe she isn't here" kiba nodded "maybe she at the hokage's building let's go" "wait" kiba was already walking out before he looked over his shoulders "what if she is with Naruto?" Kiba raised his brow trying to figure where was the problem "they're couple kiba they might need some time alone" poor kiba felt so lonely he crossed his arms together "shit!" He cursed quietly "do you think she preferred his company than us?" shino smiled slightly then walked towards his friend accompanying him to go home "maybe"

Shikamaru walked out of the building that was when he realized he didn't know where Ino was he walked looking around in the busy streets of konoha hoping that he would spotted her in one of konoha's places.
This was his first time wishing he had shino's bugs to look around the village, or kiba's nose or maybe the byakugan that way he would find her fast, speaking of the byakugan instead of finding Ino he found someone else there she was walking carrying her huge things without anyone to help her, don't they know who was she? The princess of Hyuuga's clan and the fiancée of Naruto Uzumaki but, looking at her things she might now be the ex-fiancée of Naruto Uzumaki. He really really wanted to find Ino fast but he walked towards her "here let me help" hinata gasped looking at him with wide eyes for a minute before she avoided his eyes hiding hers behind her bangs, he knew why so he didn't ask they were red and teary. He carried as many things as possible before he walked forward "why didn't you ask one of the many hyuga to help you" he didn't look back she would be embarrassed "No need" and he didn't ask more even though he wanted to know the reason he just walked silently, No words where said and hinata was grateful she wasn't ready for anyone to ask her about why? How it happened she wanted as she said to let go quietly "Shikamaru" she whispered and he knew that they reached the place she wanted to stay at he looked at the building up and down how did he missed this? A smirk danced at his lips no one would ever find her here, she could walk around the village and hide her again and no one would find her expect for him and maybe another person,he didn't say anything even though this place wasn't suitable for the hyuga princess he just helped her and headed to his friends.

Kakashi closed the door of his office, he sighed soon this all would be over only weeks and this all would be over "Kakashi-sensei" he looked to his left there sakura was standing without by looking at her outfit she wasn't at work, her pink skirt reached her knees and red jacket. "You heading home early?" He nodded his head "I slept over the table many times" he looked up at her when he heard her giggling this was the first time she looked cheerful after the mission, after that night.. he shook his head clearing his thoughts "I thought since I left your office like that I might make it up to you" he looked at her knowing well that wasn't her first time to leave his office like that and it was ok with both of them she was making up things "it's alright sakura-chan I'm really tired and I want to rest" he walked to her left trying to pass but she stood in front of him "But I already paied!" Her voice came louder than she had intended making even the hokage surprised and she so.. close. So close that he could see her fainted makeup and smell her perfume. He sighed she was trying so hard and it was useless but he couldn't say no if he wanted things to pass quickly and go home "ok" her face showed huge grin and she jumped "thank you kakashi" leading him out.

He watched her jumping lightly in her steps as they climbed the stairs ,this place had few lights but most of the road is dark. "Why did we leave so early?" Ino complained as she looked down her feet watching them to jump again "Because choji need to leave for his work don't you know he had a restaurant too?" She nodded her "I should have picked their restaurant" she mumbled quietly "then why didn't you?" He asked her knowing well if their talk end she would be bored "Because I missed that place" then she jumped "you know that place?" He knows it too, hinata had been going there so many times she liked the cake they had there, Ino stopped and turned to him her smile showing in the darkness "it's funny story, I went there and recommended it for sakura then she recommended it for hinata finally hinata recommended it for me" she pointed at herself her grin went wider, Shikamaru didn't correct her information that ino recommended it for sakura and sakura recommended it for sasuke and sasuke recommended it for hinata and hinata recommended for him and for ino , he kept the uchiha secret date to himself , Shikamaru was busy staring at the view in front of him where Ino stood few stairs up challenging the beauty of the full moon behind her, her blonde hair flying around her shining under the moonlight, staring at her bright eyes despite the darkness that surrounded them and when she stepped towards him mumbling something he couldn't understand he froze when her lips pressed against his cheeks "good night shika" then she disappeared leaving his heart warming him in the coldness if night.
