Kaz before-the-barrel- Brekker

" what, may I ask,   have you done with Kaz?"       asked a ticked off inej to Wylan,  who was trying to find him, and knew that Wylan had been the only one at the same place Kaz had been, and had been, as Nina put it,     "playing with explosions in bottles".       Wylan looked panicked as he responded,    "I saw him earlier when he came down to get a drink, and...... oh ***t"  his voice trailed off when he realized what had just happened. He tore down to the kitchen and Inej followed him, in time to see him ( I know they probably don't have fridge's there, but idk what else to dooo)   open the door, his face paling when he saw what was or rather, wasn't inside.   "What, on earth could be troubling my ray of sunshine on this lovley day? "    Asked Jesper as he walked through one of the many back doors, in time to see Wylans face when he opened the door.      "Well. uh.    he started nervously,    you remember the chemical I was working on, the one that made my, uh, tst subjects go back, like 10 years?"    Jesper nodded, his face serious, when suddenly,    he grinned and  said,    "Wait. You mean that he...?"     Wylan sighed and said,     "yeah, but I don't know what it will do to humans, if he is a human after all..."

Inej had overheard the conversation and went up the stairs, but somehow, Jesper beat her to it, bounding up the stairs like a Jackalope being chased by a wolf.   Jesper opened the door, and looked around, not seeing Kaz anywhere.  He was just about to yell to Wylan that his potion made people dissapeare, when he saw a little lump moving under a blanket.      He called down to Inej:       "um.  Inej?    could you come up here? I think I found him"     Inej came running up the stairs, gathering air up in her lungs, ready to go yell at Kaz for being holed up in his room and making them worried about them, when she saw Jesper slowly going toward a blanket on the floor of the incredible messy room, ( his room is messy as heck, like miine) apprehensively circling the blanket.      "Just pick up the dang thing and see whats under it!"    hissed Inej to Jesper, who just looked at her and said, reluctantly,    "Fine"      He gripped the blanket with two hands and pulled it up,  reveling a tiny child with black hair that closly resembled Kaz in really, everything.    Wylan and Nina burst in the door, and Wylan yelled:     "did you fi-"  

but stopped mid-sentance when he saw little baby Kaz on the floor.   "You know..  Jeper said, dumbfounded,  This is weird to say about Kaz.. but he is adorable!"   Everyone in the room nodded their heads in agreement, and started talking about how to fix it at exactly the same time, and soon, the clamour grew incredibly loud, and little Kaz started crying. no one noticed this exept Jesper, who leaned down and picked him up. He was just about to tell all the others to shut up, when Kaz curled up on Jespers chest and said, in a little voice,  "tank you, Jordie"
