Rohan x Reader: Can't Compare

 You were trying to convince your Boyfriend, Rohan, to go out with you tonight instead of staying in his room doing... whatever it is that he does. "C'mon Rohan! You haven't seen the sun in like, forever!" you exclaimed, hugging him from behind. He just placed his hand on yours while sitting at his desk, working. "I'm sorry dear, I just can't tonight. I have important work to do," he said, keeping his eyes on the paper. You frowned. It seemed as if he never had any time for you anymore. You weren't going to have it today. "Well, if you're not gonna go out with me tonight, then we at least have to do something together!" you said, pouting. 

Rohan sighed. After that, he stood up, and faced you. You crossed your arms. "Well?" you asked. He smiled softly, and placed his hand on your cheek. "You're so perfect, y'know that?" he asked, looking deep into your eyes. You blushed at his comment. "U-uhm... Thanks I guess?" you said. He chuckled. "Can I draw a picture of you? I want to see of I can capture all of this beauty on one of my canvases," he said, smiling. "S-s-s-sure, y-yeah, i-if you w-want to," you stammered. 

"Great!" he exclaimed. He then went over to his closet and pulled out a large canvas. He put it on a stand (no pun intended), and pulled up a chair for himself. "Would you mind going to sit in that chair over there?" he asked, pointing to another chair across the room. You nodded, and sat in the chair. "Great, now just stay like that until I say that i'm done," he said, picking up his pencil, and starting his artwork.

As he kept drawing, you noticed that he was actually erasing stuff... a lot. When he finally finished, he let out a relieved sigh. "Alrighty! I'm d-done!" he said, nervousness lacing his voice. You raised your brow as you went over to see the final product. You gasped at what you saw. It was like someone had taken a photo of you. The facial features, the clothing, the smile he drew on your face, looked so amazing. You grinned widely as you looked over at Rohan, your smile fading as you saw him look disappointed. "What's wrong Rohan?" you asked, putting your hand on his shoulder.

"I-It's nothing... It's just," he started. You leaned in more, listening intently. "It's just that this doesn't even look anything like you!" he exclaimed. Your facial expression went from one of worry, to one of relief. You were happy that he wasn't upset about anything serious. Well, it might have been serious to him. "Rohan, what are you talking about? It's like an exact replica of me!" you said, pointing to the picture. "You're only just saying that," he said, pouting. You sighed. "Look at the picture and tell me how it doesn't look like me," you said. He sighed.

"I wasn't able to depict all of your beauty in this picture," he said. You laughed, and made your eyes meet his. "You always overthink things, y'know that?" you said, placing a kiss on his lips.
