"Hey!"
Yeonjun and Beomgyu turned to see a boy standing there, who didn't look so happy.
Beomgyu observed the boy's outfit and smirked, "Sorry, this is a high school, not a homeless shelter."
"Which one of you are Yeonjun?" the boy glared between the two of them.
Yeonjun stepped forward, cocked an eyebrow, and placed a hand on the boy's cheek, "Did you need me for something, Handsome?"
The boy flinched at the other's touch but didn't bother doing anything about it, "You hurt my best friend."
"I don't know what you're talking about," Yeonjun dropped his flirty expression.
"Jisung," the boy furrowed his brows, "you broke his heart."
"Aww," Yeonjun pouted his lips, "Boo hoo. I'm so sorry Baby is there anything I can do to make it better."
"You're disgusting!" the boy finally threw off Yeonjun's hand.
"You're attractive."
"He'll get over it eventually," Beomgyu interjected and rolled his eyes, "I don't see why you're making such a big deal over it."
"No, you don't understand," the boy shook his head, "Jisung can't handle rejection well. If he sees you just walking down in the hallway then he'll burst out in tears."
Yeonjun shrugged, "That's not my problem."
"It should be!" the boy clenched his fists, "Now he's going to transfer schools!"
It was silent for a few moments, but Beomgyu couldn't hold in his laughter anymore, "Your friend is switching schools because of a breakup? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard!"
"Shut up!" the boy yelled, "Jisung has awful self-esteem. I thought he was getting better, especially after her started dating Yeonjun, but once you dumped him he seemed to be even worse than before!"
"Life's tough," Yeonjun chuckled, "What? Does he expect everything to go his way all the time? Jisung needs to grow up."
"Maybe you should grow up. You're acting like his emotions don't matter to you."
"Why should they?" Yeonjun scoffed, "I broke up with him because I didn't want to do anything with him anymore"
"Can you at least tell me why?" the boy pleaded, "If he knew the reason it might make him feel better."
Yeonjun crossed his arms and tilted his head, "How honest do you want me to be?"
"I'm being serious," the boy started to tap his foot.
"Well," Yeonjun sighed, now bored of the conversation, "I just did it because I could."
"Stop messing around!"
"He's not," Beomgyu shook his head.
"Just because you could?" the boy repeated in disbelief, "That doesn't make any sense!"
"I just wanted to move on to the next person," Yeonjun cast his gaze away from the boy, "How is that so hard to understand?"
"How could you be so heartless?" the boy scowled and pushed back his hair.
"Are you done yet?" Yeonjun looked between the boy and his friend, "Beomgyu and I are supposed to go watch a movie."
"Have you never been in a serious relationship before?" the boy asked.
