Chapter 46: Mortals And Gods

Y/N Pov

We gasped in horror to see the blade go through the center of his chest. Vegeta's blue aura disappeared. She chuckled.

Goki Black: Like I said Vegeta, you are outclassed. An appetizer before the main dish. 

She slightly pulled her hand for the blade to saw it's way inside.

AAAAGH!!

He screamed in pain. I grit my teeth because of my slow reaction. I was ready to charge towards them and kick her off him... but... For some reason, I couldn't...

She placed her hand on his chest. 

*BOOM*

A purple explosion knocked him off her blade. He landed back first next to me. Trunksa quickly ran to his aid... I didn't... My head started hurting. I clutched it.

Vision

I was frantically dodging the KI blade. She was constantly thrusting it, trying to stab me. She finally swung the blade, aiming to slice my head open. In the last second, I caught it with both of my hands. It was impossible to find an opening. She was stronger and faster than me.

I was surprised when I saw the blade retreat back into her hand. It surfed across her body, creating a purple aura around her. She smirked as she placed her hand on my torso. A purple light emitted from it. The blast exploded, knocking me back.

Vision End

The only thing keeping me from face planting the ground were my hands. I was heavily panting. I suddenly felt pain in my torso. I wrapped my hands around it as I tried to endure it... It stopped. I uncovered my torso to see... no burn marks? 

Y/N: Bardock... what's going on?

Bardock: Hold it. I'm trying to figure it out.

I felt a hand grasp my shoulder. I turned my head to see Trunksa.

Trunksa: A-Are you okay?

Y/N: I'm fine... Where is Vegeta?

She pointed behind her. His head was resting against a rock. 

Trunksa: I stopped the bleeding. He still needs treatment though.

Goki Black: I'm far beyond all of your Mortal strengths. I am finally one step closer to achieving my utopia.

I quickly turned around whilst entering my stance. I was surprised to see both Goki and her floating in the air. Goki was in her Blue form.

Goki: I don't know what you are talking about, but... You'll pay for what you did to Y/N.

She glared at her. Black only smiled. Both of them entered their stances. Before they could charge at each other, a blue Ki ball was heading straight for Black. She reacted by slicing the blast in two, the two halves exploded behind her. She looked in anger at the smoke clouds behind her.

She turned her head around.

Goki Black: Who would dare?!

It was obvious that it was me, since my open hand was pointed at her. I had a frown on my face as the see-through aura surged around me. My Goki had a face full of excitement, while... Black had a face of denial.
