The time passed by very slowly.

My mind is constantly thinking about Emma. I wonder where she is right now.

Is she still with that guy? I hope not.

How come she never mentioned him or anything? And to think, she was dating other guys before.

Or is he new? Did her brother introduce him to her? But how come, ever since we started "our relationship" she's always at home after office?

I'm so confused.

I have a lot of questions that need answers.

It is my last period and I can't wait to be dismissed. I wanted to take my phone out and text Emma.

She hasn't reached out to me yet. Did she forget me already? Just thinking about it makes me wanna cry.

It's just so hard to believe that she'll forget me like that.

If I will base it on her touch, the way she kisses me, the way she loves me.. there's no way.

And then there's Kate and her party. I really don't wanna go even if Emma doesn't talk to me today. I'd rather curl up in my bed and cry my heartache.

On the other hand, maybe alcohol would help a bit.

Ughhh! I've been thinking a lot of stuff. I think it would have been better if I had skipped school coz I didn't understand a bit of our lessons today.

I turned my eyes on the wall clock above the board, eight minutes more before the bell rang but it felt like forever.

I'm literally counting the seconds when my phone vibrated in my back pocket, it means somebody sent me a message or gave me a miscall.

Thinking about that gets me hyped. Maybe it was Emma, my Mom wouldn't text me during school time. Or possibly Sam or Kate? I hope not. I'm really wishing it was Emma.

One minute before the bell rings. My gawwwd, waiting is killing me.

Rrriiiinggggggg!

I immediately took my phone out of my pocket and swiped it on.

It's Kate.

I feel like all my energy was drained seeing her name on my screen. So disappointing.

But still, I open her message.

"Did she text you?"

I hit reply,

"What time is your party?"

I closed her name and started typing a message to Emma.

"I didn't hear from you last night, can I come over tonight?"

I watched it go sent and stayed still for a couple of seconds.

There is only me left in the classroom, all the kids are already out ready to party the night.

I checked my phone, no reply from Emma yet. I started gathering my stuff and headed out to the parking.

I saw Sam earlier but we didn't get the chance to chat as she was busy with her classmates doing their school project.

I threw my bag in the passenger seat. I checked my phone again, but still no message even from Kate.

She got busy, I guess.

I climbed up my car and started the engine.

There were a lot of kids in the parking so I honked at them. Some of them got pissed as I honked them several times. Some even said bad words but I didn't care.
