My girl Neighbor

We're already in the school's parking lot and I'm still waiting for her to answer my question.

She was fidgeting in the steering wheel.

One of the many things I noticed about her, she fidgets a lot. Especially if she is in a situation like this.

Her image of fidgeting with my underwear flashed back and I smiled at that.

I looked at my watch and my first period will start in 5 minutes.

"Well, it seems you're not ready to answer that. So.. I'm gonna go. Thanks for the ride, Em."

I didn't wait for her to answer that, I opened the door and left her car.
I can feel her stare at my back as I walk towards the gate.

"Hey, you!"

I was startled when someone patted me on my back.

It was Kate.

I automatically look back at the parking where I see Emma staring at us. She was about to go and caught us together. I suddenly felt guilty. But why?

"Was it your neighbor?"

I didn't notice Kate followed where I was looking.

"Um, yeah."

I was still following Emma's car till it was out of sight. Kate did the same.

"She brought you here?"

She was looking at me intently.
I know what she's thinking and she's fishing information.

"Yeah, the school is on her way so... anyway, let's go, I don't want to be marked tardy on my second day."

I walked past her letting her know that I don't want to talk about my neighbor.

Just like yesterday, the first period was so dull.

From time to time, Kate was looking at me and when I caught her, she was just giving me her alluring smile.

If she only knew, I'm not affected by that anymore.

I'm actually irritated by it.

The bell rang without me knowing what was the lesson about. My mind was just wandering to my neighbor.

I missed her already. Her kiss, her touch.
I can't wait to hear her voice and her laugh.

Ohh Gawwdd, I am so in love with her!

Yes, I admit, I am in love with my neighbor!

The whole day in school, I was smiling and greeting people. Some are wondering coz I don't do them before but I don't care.

I feel happy and inspired, I even participated in class after the first period.

Some of my classmates were asking if I was alright, which I think was rude, but I was happy so I just shrugged it off.

I wish I had someone to tell it to, I have Sam but she doesn't know about my sexuality.

Maybe it's time for her to know, after all, she's been a really good friend, keeping my secrets and everything.

Remembering her, I pulled out my phone and texted her.

Hey, how are you feeling? I missed you already.

"Detention for you, Ms. Higgins!"

Fuck!

It was Mr. Stevens, he was at my back and I didn't notice.
