We all stood there staring at this girl with the most beautiful and vast blue eyes that I have ever seen who is also standing in the center of the gazebo with a glass jar in her hand that uses to have the pieces of paper in it that is now in our hands. And now she's telling us that the word or letter like what she has is what we have to be like it's our name and we have to wear these masks, seriously what is going through this girl's mind because it is seriously beyond my comprehension. And as we all stand there she just stands there with a smile on her face as she tells us to have fun as well as don't worry about someone's title or status. "I don't get any of this. What's the point of all this?" I was the first to point out the obvious but I could tell it was what everyone was thinking. She smiled at my question to my surprise which I don't know but was beginning to annoy me since she is almost always smiling which I really can't understand "You see I have always thought that it is much easier to make real friends with someone if you are not worried about someone's title and status. And with these masks and fake names you be whoever you want to be or maybe even someone you use to be who might be better than the person you have become. That way you don't have to say or do anything you may not want to. And besides most of us only know one's name because of our parents' reputation but that is not who we are. Which are something miss Dewdrop and I discussed earlier today."

As she spoke she would look around at each of us but for the most part, I felt like her eye vast blue eyes that were the cool sea seem to stay on my empty violet ones. I felt my heart twinge when she mentioned the part 'about being able to become the person who you use to be' because there have been many times that I would wish I could go back and be who I use to be but I know that is impossible so I have stopped thinking about it a long time ago. And I watched as she winked at the girl in the black feathery mask who is Charlotte Young since she is wearing one of her mother's more popular originals because only they have been known to wear those shorter clothing that other girls won't be caught dead in. "So for today try to enjoy yourselves and be yourselves since you don't have to save face for once," she said.

"But we pretty much know who everyone is already what's the point," Livitha said. She smiled sweetly at her as she spoke giving me the chills for some reason "Yes most of you know who one another is through reputation or from being introduced to one another but other than that you don't truly know who they truly are on the inside or the person they want to be. For that is something only a real friend would know. And today's event is to find out the true person under the mask that society has created thanks to who are parents or who they are not. For example, you miss Rose have an older sister who is known to be a firecracker while you, on the other hand, is known to be as sweet and gentle as a lamb, but I'm sure there is more to you all then meets the eye. The reason I asked you all here is that I honestly think all of us could become very good friends as time goes on and this is a way to get the ball rolling in the right direction."

We all looked at her in shock but then slowly everyone agreed one by one that this could be fun "I do believe this is a bit unfair though," I said. She looked at me confused "Oh and how is that?" I smirked "Because I am sure that everyone here knows who you are except for me. Can you give me a hint?" She chuckled "That is true that they all know who I am and because of the rules none of them can tell you who I am even if you met them on the street somewhere else but no I refuse to tell you. Besides every girl deserves to have their secrets if they want to. Besides at least now you have something to call me by." I sighed "How disappointing. I was looking forward to finding out who you are." I said as she laughed. "Is that the only reason you are here with all of us?" She said with a smirk on her face intrigued by what my answer will be and to see if I will mess up to see if I will say something to prove that I'm not as charming as I appear to be. I smirked already enjoying the little game that we have created to undercover who the real person is behind the superficial mask "No that's not the only reason because last time you promised that it would be full of surprises so that I won't be bored." She chuckled "And have I kept that promise so far? Because I would hate to break that promise I made with you." I looked her right in the eye and smirked "Indeed you truly have kept your promise. So far this event has been nothing but surprises."
