I woke up to a knock on my door from Everline just like every morning although normally I wake up before Everline comes and knocks on my door. I remember having so much fun last night with Daniel we laughed and joked around during dinner last night and luckily Everline came looking for me with the servant that supposedly was the one that Daniel sent to go fetch the carriage so when she recognized the symbol on the side of the carriage the stopped immediately and after they talked to the coachman they found out we were inside so they waited for us until we came out after we finished dinner. Which was great because that meant that he didn't have to take me home which means I didn't have to worry about him finding out about my real identity even though I know he will eventually but until then I would rather keep it completely under wraps for as long as I can that's what is for the best for him and me. I can't risk him getting involved with my family and I've got to find some way for him and Livitha to get together no matter what happens or how I may feel about him she is the only thing that is truly good for him. I sigh because I don't know why but when he lets his guard down for a while he is a lot of fun to be around and if only I can show the whole world who he truly is maybe I could change his dreaded fate.

"Miss are you alright?" Everline asked as she was doing my hair for the day just like she does every morning. I nodded my head "Yes I am alright I just got lost in my thoughts that is all." She nodded her head "You've been doing that a lot more as of lately, miss. Is everything alright?" I nodded my head "Yes everything is just fine I have a lot on my mind with all the preparations for our coming of age ceremony not too long from now." She nodded her "I can understand that but please try not to overwork yourself." I chuckled to myself "I know Everline so don't worry I won't overwork myself." She nodded "That's good I'm happy to hear that." She said as she finished styling my hair into a knot on the side so it looked my hair was in a loose ponytail as the hair rested on my shoulder and it looked like my hair was holding itself up since it was in a very dignified knot before she proceeded to help me change into one of my many gowns.

The day moved by very slowly as I was busy trying to figure out with the interior designer how I wanted to have the giant ballroom to look like for the party because everything has to be perfect for my sister even though technically it's for both of us but she is all that has ever mattered to me. The professional is looking very annoyed right now "Wouldn't it be better this way," she said pointing at the first scetch she made "this is a very popular choice with most girls your age. So many people want this design." I sighed and shook my head "No I want it this way." She rolled her eyes "And how do you expect me to make these." I crossed my arms over my chest "Take pine tree branches and spray paint them white and make little white lights to go around as you do with a normal Christmas tree it's not that hard." She clenched her "And why would you want something like that?"

I rolled my eyes "To make everything look magical and do something that no one has ever done before and besides trust me even though no has done any of these things before I will look amazing and after this everyone will want you to do this for them and it's not like any of this is coming from your pocket so you just got to do everything I tell you to and make sure it works perfectly nothing more and nothing less. Is that understood?" She clenched her fist with her eyes narrowed her eyes at me but sighed then said: "As you wish." Then she grabbed all of her stuff and started walking towards the door before she was about to leave out the door I stopped her "Oh and don't forget that if even a single thing faulty it will be coming out of your pay and you will have to compensate it. So it shouldn't have to say what will happen if you or anyone else tries to sabotage it will be coming out of your pocket and will only ruin your reputation, not ours." She nodded her head "I understand," was all she said before walking away out of view.

"Weren't you being a bit too harsh on her? She is just doing her job." I look over at my sister who is currently draped over the couch that is against the wall while eating some strawberries that one of the maids that work here brought in for us while we were discussing business. I sighed and sat down in one of the chairs across from her "If I didn't say that she would have only done half of the job not even bothering if it turned alright and worked the way it is supposed to. Then she would still expect the money for it and blame us for not doing the safe bet like she wanted to do." Penelope sat up and rested her elbow on her knee as she rested her chin on her hand "You were always good at business stuff just like our father. No wonder he always liked you more." I grabbed her hand surprising her "Don't say that. You know father loves both of us." I looked down at my lap "It's just he has a hard time understanding the mind of a girl without mom around he's always been lost. The only reason he seems to deal with me more is that I understand the way his mind works but when it comes to you he doesn't know what to do since you are so much more like what I think mom would have been like if only we been able to spend more time with her then what we did. And even if what you said was true it doesn't matter because I will always love you for both us and more than anyone else ever could." She smiled "You have always been too kind for your good." She grabbed my hand with both of us and brought it to her face "But thank you for always being my sister and always taking care of me. I love you." I smiled at her "I love you too."
