Sans.....
Hmm, five more minutes Paps...
Sans.
Please, I feel exhausted... Let me...sleep
"SANS!"
"Wha! What?!"
Sans woke up with a start, looking panicked at where was the one who awoke him. He was met with Flowey's face. "Finally!" He cried out , "I was starting to seriously panic!!" "Why?" "I was calling you for 10 minutes, slapping you, bitting your hand, and yet you wouldn't wake up!" Sans pondered for a minute. Flowey tried to wake him for that long ? True, he was a heavy slepper, but he would usually wake up at Papyrus call, which was far louder than Flowey's voice. "Weird... Sorry Flowey, guess I was really bone tired!" "Sans, this is not a joke." said Flowey with as much seriousness as he could muster. "Your soul was beating do lowly, and you were almost not breathing ." Sans frowned at that. "That's a first. But let's not dwell on that. Now that I'm awake, we shoul go. What do you say?" Flowey sighed loudly. Was he the only one worried? Or was Sans putting up a front? In the last case, that was not good: he broke down not so long ago because of this attitude. He would have to address the issue sooner or later, and the sooner the better. He would not reproduce what happened with Frisk. "Yes, let's go."
Sans crossed the forest as best as he could. He dies occasionally, but only a few times! That was an improvement...! ... 'Yeah, being optimist doesn't work at all...' To tell the truth, Sans felt terrifed, useless. Since he woke up, it was only thanks to Flowey that he was still alive? Toriel? He has just been lucky. Red and his brother? If Red hadn't help him, he would be dead. Could he really do something by himself? "Hey." "Hmm?" "Look ahead." Sans did as he was told. There was a bridge linking Sowndin's forest to the town itself, just above a huge gap. The problem was that bridge : he looked incredibly frail, ready do fall at any moment, and this bridge was the only way to reach for Snowdin's town. Sans and Flowey looked at each other, before looking back at the bridge. "Do we have to?" "There's no other way." "Are...Are you sure?" "Yep."
Sans set a foot carefully on the bridge, which loudly creaked. Sans gulped, then took another step, and another, and another. He reached the middle of the bridge like this. "So far, so good." Just as he said that, he heard a snapping sound. He turned quickly his head, to see a red bone in place of a rope. Said rope had been cut, breaking the balance of the bridge. Sans immediately run as fast as he coul while the bridge was collapsing. Just as he was about to fall, he used all his strenght to jump and reach the land. "Hah...Hah... That was...a close call...." "Y-yeah, you're right... And you save both our lives." "Heh, you would have done it if you could." "No. I am not strong enough to lift other people. I couldn't have save us... But you did. Thank you." Sans smiled as he replied, "Heh, anytime, friend." Maybe he wasn't that useless.
'Welcome to Snowdin!' He never saw in his whole life such a difference between what the sign said and what reality really was. This Snowdin Town was ALL but welcoming. As he made his way through the town, Sans felt the stares at his back, the desire to kill him. Because he was a free-exp monster? Because he never killed anyone before, meaning that he didn't have any LV? He wasn't sure of the reason why, but the only thing he knew for sure was that he couldn't saty there for too long. He had to reach waterfall soon. And he would do that right now! "Heya, Sweetheart." Welp, looks like his plan went into the frozen water of that town. "Could you stop calling me like that , Red?" he said turning to Red, though his words held no venom. "Nope." "*Sigh* Alright, what do you want?" "What makes ya think I want sumethin?" "You wouldn't come to us, otherwise." There was a long pause during which the two skeletons stared at each others. Until Red broke it first. "Wanna go ta Chillby's?" "Don't listen to him, I'm sure it's a trap." Sans patted comfortingly Flowey's head. "Don't worry, I trust him." He then turned to Red, " Alright, why not?" Red snorted "You trust me? That's the biggest joke I ever heard. But okay, follow me."
