A few plates of pancake and syrup chugging later, I hear the doorbell ring, and grab the box laying out on the porch.

On it, was a simple note.

'Lime for Autumn, Cyan for Eva. Put them inside the locket. Geronimo'

I open the box to see what London was talking about, and reveal two beautiful stones, smooth and shiny.

I call Autumn over, and she grabs the lime stone, as I grab the sleek light blue one.

I put mine in my locket, as Autumn does the same, and we sit back down at the table, chatting with Mom.

"So are you ready for that Museum Field Trip?" Mom asks, and I scoff.

"Please. We probably have to write a 20 page report the second we get back on each of the paintings and statues."

Autumn laughs. "Are you kidding me!? Eva is practically dying to see all those Greek naked men."

I swat her with the museum paper, as she giggles.

"Not so fast Autumn. Eva is actually going to leave school the second she's done gawking over those Greek naked men." Mom butts in, and we all laugh.

Autumn nudges me and I turn to face her wild smirk.

"Take pictures for me, Kay?"

I roll my eyes as they continue to make idiotic jokes.

"Eva, go to bed. Have a nice rest. I'll wake you up instead of that Cyberman while Autumn and I clean the whole house."

Autumn's eyes turn wider than the moon when she hears Mom.

"What!?" She yells, and I carry my own smirk.

"Autie, you know how birthday wishes go. Whoever's birthday it is, means that we do their one wish. Eva's wish was for you to clean the whole house while I record you making golden one liners."

"No way!' Autumn shrieks, although she knows she won't be able to get out of this one.

"Don't worry! The video is family only." Mom tells her, and Autumn turns to see the evil grin plastered on my face, as I walk to my room, passing by her.

"Yeah Autie. Family Only."

I walk up stairs as I here the sound of Mom's camera turn on, and Autumn scream.

"Just wait till it's my birthday!"

I smile and flop onto my bed, not caring if I get my clothes wrinkled.

For about 5 seconds, there's complete silence.

Until I hear knocking on my door.

"Hey Lona?" Mom says, referring to my real name, which is Alona.

"Yeah Mom?"

"Just want cha to know that if you don't enjoy watching naked Greek men like Autie does, you can stay home the whole day."

I smile. I loved my mom.

"Kay Mom."

And with that, I shut my eyes and fall into slumber.

_________

When I wake up, I hear distant whirring, and sigh.

Mom must have forgotten to wake me up, because the Cyberman sure did.

Plus, the washing machine was acting up again.

I didn't want to mess with Autumn, knowing that she was probably ticked from cleaning the house, do I went downstairs to do the work.

I walk into the laundry room and see a note taped to the door.

Dear Eva,

If the washing machine is messing around, and Autumn isn't there to give the power kick, just unplug it. I went to work early today, but you still have to go to school.

See you when I see you,

xx Mom

I go to the washing machine, but before I unplug it, I realize then sound isn't coming from there.

I walk over to the window and look at the shed in the backyard, thinking maybe it could have made the sound.

But instead, I don't see it making weird noises. I see a blue box sitting by with with the words 'POLICE BOX' in bold.

" Oh my god." I whisper. "It's the TARDIS."
