"Hyung, do I look okay?"

"Yes."

"You didn't even look at me."

Changbin looks up at Felix who was pouting with his arms crossed over his chest. He examined the outfit. It was a black high waisted skirt, a white button-up shirt tucked in, a leather jacket that stopped at his waist, and knee-high socks.

"It's fine. Why are you asking?" Changbin asks as he gets up from his spot on the couch. "I don't know. I guess I'm just nervous," Felix says looking down. Changbin walks over and gently hugs the male. "You'll do fine. I'll be there next to you," Changbin says cupping his face making him look at him.

Felix smiles and hugs him tightly. "Thank you. I can always count on you," Felix says causing Changbin to smile. "We can get coffee," Changbin says as he walks over to the door and slips his shoes on. Felix walks over and slips his on as well.

"You always keep your keys on a lanyard, why?" Felix asks as Changbin lets him exit first. "Because I can hook the lanyard on my belt loop," Changbin says as he locks the door and hooks the lanyard onto his pants.

They arrive at the big science industry and Felix exhales slowly. "You'll do fine. I'm here," Changbin says giving Felix's waist a tight squeeze before letting his arm slip off. Felix nodded his head and they walked inside the building, Felix internally freaking out by how many things were inside.

"Stop getting distracted, Lix," Changbin whispers nudging the male. Felix shook his head to get out of his mini trance. He opened his book and took out his notepad and a pen. "We need to find the head scientist," Felix says as they start walking.

Though, the search was easy since the man had come right up to him. "Are you Felix?" He asks. "Yes, sir," Felix says with a smile. "Don't mind my friend. He's here to keep me in check." The scientist chuckles and nods his head. "Let's walk and talk, shall we?"

"Okay," Felix says and pulls Changbin by the wrist as they start walking.

"Sir, I-"

"Please, Felix, call me Jinyoung," the man says. "Okay. Uh, Jinyoung hyung. I was wondering what type of cross-genetic you are doing," Felix asks with a smile. Jinyoung smiles back. "We've done many types but our most recent one is spiders," He says as they walk into a spider exhibit.

Felix jots that down and Jinyoung continues.

"Spiders are very interesting creatures, being able to spin webs that can withstand wind is one of them. They're such tiny creatures but some are cable of killing a grown man like-"

"Like the black widow," Felix finished. Jinyoung looked at him with a small smile. "Correct," He says. "But why are you trying cross-genetics with them?" Felix asks. "We've tried many other animals. Cats, dogs, lizards, sharks, and pandas but none are successful," He states, "So we thought before we end out cross-genetic experiments, why not try spiders to see what will happen."

Felix writes that down and pulls Changbin who was looking at a certain tank full of spiders. "What if it is a success?" Felix asks. "Then we have done the impossible. Nobody has been able to cross different genes of any different kind of spiders and be lucky with the results."

Felix and Changbin arrived home after getting dinner since they had spent the whole day out of the house after Felix had gotten his needed information. "I'm going to take a shower," Felix says with a yawn. "Come cuddle me before you go to your room," Changbin says. "I will don't worry," Felix says with a chuckle.

"And wear pants this time."

Changbin rolls his eyes and Felix walks to his room to grab a change of clothes. Changbin walks over to his room and changes into joggers. He sat in his bed and turned the TV on.

A few minutes later, Felix walked in. "Wear pants next time," Changbin mocks. "I am wearing shorts for your information," Felix sasses as he crawls into bed. Changbin hums and turns the TV off.

Felix laughs softly as Changbin brought him to lay down on his side. "Can you choose your role? Are you my mom or a baby that I have to take care of," Felix says as he twirls a strand of Changbin's hair. "Both," Changbin mumbles.

Felix laughs and wraps his arms loosely around Changbin's neck.

A few minutes into their cuddle session, Changbin winced. Felix pulled back a little and looked at him with worry. "Something wrong?" Felix asks. "Something just bit me."

Felix sat up. "Where?" Felix asks. "Just my hand, nothing special." Felix rolls eyes and takes Changbin's right hand. "Gross. There's a spider," Felix says picking up the weird looking spider and squishing it between his fingers. "Wow, lixie," Changbin says as Felix got out of bed and went to clean his hands off.

He came back in hugged the male. "I'm going to bed. I have work early tomorrow," Felix says walking to the door. Changbin whines causing Felix to chuckle. "I'll be home early, don't worry."
