"What's the matter?" Dallas asks from behind us

"What's the matter?" Dallas asks from behind us.

"Nothing, darling, nothing. Why don't you go ahead?" I suggest.

"On my own?" I nod, desperately wanting him to go. "Okay." He takes a deep breath, adjusts his suit, and walks towards a woman standing by the entrance. She flips through some list on her Ipad, types something down, and puts a band on his wrist. He looks back and I do a thumbs up.

"Okay... what the hell is this? How did we not know about this?" I gesture to the poster. I can't put myself to look at it. "How many months has it been since he gave me that damn script? I'm that level of fucked-up."

Lylia shrugs. "I didn't ask Weaston anything! I didn't even meet the actresses in person!"

"I'm not saying it is your fault. I should've asked! Cause if I had asked, I could've deceived him with some excuse or..." A wave of panic overtakes my chest. "I have to leave!"

"Who's talking about leaving?" A voice says from behind me, I squeeze my eyes shut before turning. Weaston walks towards us with a furrow, he has a golden three-piece suit on, probably made just for him.

"Weaston, hello!"

"Oh, hello Maysilee, Lylia. Now, I'm gonna pretend I hallucinated you saying that you were going to leave."

I give a casual laugh. "Leaving? I'll be here all night."

"I thought you would be pretty busy today," Lylia adds relaxed.

"After various premiers, I came to the conclusion that this has to be a fun experience to me and I get choleric when I try to solve things, so I leave at other people's hands."

"Oh, yes, didn't you have a rash after the premiere of Jugular?" I ask.

"Don't even remind me, makes me wanna itch myself." He takes my hand and opens a smile, ear to ear. "You two are looking a-ma-zing, by the way. Simply stunning. But tell me, Maysilee, black?"

I give a nervous laugh. "Why? Is there any problem?"

He looks at Lylia raising his eyebrows. She gives a surprised look. "I forgot to tell her! The dressing theme was gold. For the movie and all."

"I could complain if she didn't look so sensual in black." He spins me in place then passes his arm over my shoulders. "What are you ladies still doing out here though?"

"Just looking at the posters, the art design is impeccable," Lylia says with a forced smile - at least I can point out that it is fake.

He takes his arm away and taps the poster. "I know, but my cast is also so delicious looking, so photogenic."

I look at the poster once again, Mads looks handsome in it - not gonna lie. Stained with dirt and gold dust, looking gloriously into the distance, flickers of golden light hitting his face. Noah was an intriguing character, somewhat unique, and even if I hate this fact, appearance-wise Mads is a perfect pick for him.
