Everything was moving too fast to my sight and I wanted to vomit. I don't know how I ended up being dragged by this particular fallen rogue from our training session. It was like I've been drugged or something without being noticed. It was stupid of me from letting my guard down even were at the border of our pack. I shouldn't fall like this but this fallen one was indeed a good example of a hunter.

"Nicely down my little Huntsman. Now let's feast as promise." A very raspy and corpse growl said and there it goes the painful bite.

Even though I wanted to fight back and released my wolf, I can't because of the very strong tranquilizer drug they've injected to me. Just being numb, they began to feed from me. In every bite they did, my body was sending to its edge from losing too much blood. I want to get rid of them or even thought of screaming but I can't anymore. I'm losing my sight as everything began to get blur until a very familiar deadly spider flower glowed before my eyes.

"Jade..." I whispered as the last tear finally left my eyes then everything began to slip away. I was knocked out.

Blood was the only thing I could see and they were feeding from her. I rushed in to kill them whoever tried to stop me with just a blink of an eye but I'm late. I was in my rage and want to kill for more. I want blood. I need to kill that made me roared. As I released my tense body, I walked toward Leslie's unconscious body but they stop me from doing it.

"Couz, snap out of it!" a familiar voice said to me in such worry but I can't, I must go to her. To Leslie.

"LET ME GO!" I growled and threw her away as I dashed to Leslie unconscious body but Avery punched me hard enough like she always does.

I was about to be thrown with that but not this time. I held my ground and fight her head on. Just crossing fist with her was getting me irritated since I don't want to deal with it anymore. I need to be with her. One opening from our fight, I grabbed the opportunity to flipped her hard like what I did to my cousin. As both of them cant be able to stop me, I rushed next to Leslie and cradled her into my arms.

"Les...wake up...please baby, wake up." I pleaded that made Eunice and Avery stood very confused on how I'm able to hold Leslie not as food.

I don't care and without thinking any hesitation, I pulled out my wrist and bit it hard. So hard enough to make my blood run out. I opened her mouth slightly and let my blood dripped on it. I waited for any reaction of her body to my blood but it was nothing. I don't know why my eyes began to cry so hard and pulled her body close to mine.

"Leslie. Baby, I'm here. Please, take it. Use my blood please." I cried as I held her tightly that made Avery's hand soothed my shoulder.

"Let's take her in." Eunice said that made me nodded so broken.

"I'll call your mother." Avery assured as she carried her in her arms then we all went back to the pack house.

Everyone was growling and it was not because Avery and Eunice are with me but my scent. I'm different and they didn't know about it. As we all nearing the pack house, one of the hunters - I mean, Maggie began to launch at me. All of the senior hunters attacked me as well and it's not just because I'm different but because they don't like me being here in the first place. Everyone in the pack were enjoying and cheering them but not my students. They were all aware that I'm different.

"Eunice don't. Let them." Avery said to her since I don't want my cousin be messed up with this one.

I might have dodged some of their attacks so smoothly but some I just let it hit me. Their hits wasn't that hard to make me fall onto my knees but there some blood visible on my face.

"ENOUGH! WHO TOLD YOU TO BRING PUNISH TO HER?" The Alpha Lexanna roared that made them whimpered.

"But she's one of them." Maggie complained.

"And you're just a lazy hunter." The Luna Verona countered that made them growled.

"I SAID ENOUGH! NONE OF THIS WILL HAPPEN IF YOU LISTEN TO HER LECTURE. SHE'S BEEN TEACHING YOU AND AT THE SAME TIME SHE'S REPORTING ME THAT THERE ARE FALLEN ROGUES AT THE BORDER WHILE SHE'S SENDING HER SOME MALICE TO KEEP THEM BEYOND THE BORDER." Lexanna snapped at them and almost shifted but Verona holding her arm calmly.

"Can you all do that at the same time?" Verona asked them that put them in their silence.

"BECAUSE OF YOUR LAZINESS MADE HER LOSES HER CONTROL OVER IT AND THE PROTECTION SHE'S GIVING YOU VANISHED AS WELL. NOW THE PAYMENT IS MY DAUGHTER!" Lexanna continued as she walked toward them along with Verona.

"WHY US ALPHA? SHE'S THE ONE WHO'VE DONE IT!" Maggie snapped with a bit of fear in her eyes.

Lexanna was about to hit her but Verona stopped her wife from doing it. Yet, there's still rage in between them until their pack doctor came in the picture, my mother Elleah.

"THAT'S IT!" another familiar voice echoed through the entire front porch.

Everyone stopped from arguing and being caught to her furious voice that she only used when she's with my father.

"Go ahead and kill her but if you do, your daughter won't be able to survive this one ever again." my mother said with her warning tone that made them confuse including me.

"Stay like that, my only daughter. She needs every tiny bit of your fallen blood." My mother smirked at me like she knew something that I didn't.

"Her what?" Lexanna asked their pack doctor aka my mother, Elleah.

"You heard me, Alpha. Leslie's mate wasn't just a turned one but also a fallen rogue vampire which she was engaged with. You also know that the both of them need each other." My mother answered as she patted her shoulder before standing in front of me.

I seriously don't know what to say since I'm still feeling lost for a moment because of that sight; I almost lost her.

"Aleksys, she needs her mate beside her..." My mother whispered to my ears that made my eyes widened in disbelief.

"Remember that Leslie is your mate and your fiance. So, do your part and go save her." she continued that all of a sudden made something in me snapped from being in a daze and gathered my remaining strength since she was right. My mate needs me. She needs me. Leslie do need me now.

My mother smiled at me as she saw my determination fired up once again into my eyes and the blood rushing through my veins was indeed needed by Leslie. It was calling me. Thanks to the unique bond we have.

"Now off you go." My mother said as she gave me a little push and I took it without hesitation. I ran inside the house toward her room upstairs and found her. She was so fragile lying on her queen size bed.
