In a blink of eye, Sun Ho had crossed the river of Styx where the ferry man hadn't even charged him saying he had paid enough with his life so the ride was on the Ferry man. Sun Ho knew he had done many things in his past life but among all of that he had only one thought, the regret of not choosing to be by Seo Hwi's side, the regret of thinking he loved his country when his country had be Seo Hwi and Seo Yeon. He thought he could move on to the next life but instead he clenched his fist in pain as tears slid along his face.

'Shed no tears for the past life as it is futile, you have crossed the river already,' grunted the Ferry Man.

'I spent my whole life for my country yet as a man I have nothing but regret,'

'I have ferried many great men who served their nations across the river, all of them were ready to reap the benefits they had sown but you, you are different,' the old man turned to Sun Ho as he stopped rowing the boat.

The small ripples of waves, hit the edges of the boat slightly swaying it yet neither Sun Ho nor the Ferry Man moved.

'I am a mere, Ferry Man. I cannot help nor can I sympathize with you,' laughed the old man at Sun Ho's plight.

Looking at Sun Ho's hunched and bowed head, the old man laughed. 'Once you get off the boat you will directly go to the Memory keeper's mansion since you have saved a nation there is no need for you to pass through the judgements as per the rules of underworld. You will meet an old woman, she will offer you a cup of tea. You will drink half of it and spill the rest.'

'Why?'

'Why? Of course to not wipe your memory. The tea wipes the memories way. Imagine the chaos if everyone remembered their past life.'

'Then why are you telling me,' Sun Ho widened his eyes in shock that the old man had given him a way to fix everything.

'I am a bored old man, sometimes I like to humor myself with the lives of humans. Call it entertainment. The Witches of Fate are going to be tad bit angry at me but no worries; us at underworld like to meddle with humans now and then. So, spill the tea if you wish or not that is up to you.' hmphed the old man as he turned to pick the row.

Sun Ho's mind worked as fast as a horse galloping across a field of grass in summer. The tips of his bloodied mouth curved upwards as an idea dawned to him. Determination and excitation straightened the man's back, he was after all the man who had manipulated the king and had been a king maker. No way was he going to let this opportunity go, he had done enough of that in his past life. Seo Hwi, fear not this Sun Ho will protect you and be there for you anywhere you go even after death.

'Do you think he wishes the same though?' blew the words from the old ferry man who had begun rowing.

Sun Ho's heart skipped a beat, he didn't think whether Seo Hwi would want him by his side. After all, in this life all he had given him was pain as his friend and sworn brother.

'Doesn't matter what he thinks, I will protect and be there for him from far. I will make sure he leads a life filled with happiness and laughter as he deserves.' Sun Ho promised to himself.

'I smell trouble brewing,' chuckled the old man as he docked the boat to a small dock at the banks.
