Dantalion-
They're very close friends... Except they're so gay for each other it hurts to write. Dantalion was a little unaware that Francis had feelings for him for most of their relationship. They managed to get together later on but were driven apart when the revolution erupted. Francis was actually the one who called off their relationship, promising never to meet again.
Saleos-
Francis is also good friends with him. When Francis was first introduced to the family, it was Saleos he first met during a social for high-ranking nobility. (Francis was dragged along by his step-dad while Saleos begged Lilith to meet the king's officers.) They grew up together as kids and eventually young adults.
Sitri-
Well... They have a strange relationship. For Sitri, Francis was more or less a first love. He was very well aware of how Francis was truly into Dantalion but decided to keep it a secret from his brother. Francis, however, felt guilty about the (mostly sexual) relationship between them, which complicated matters with Dantalion. Sitri eventually decided to reject the relationship himself and push Francis towards Dantalion... Albeit in a very dickish manner.
Zepar-
Zepar dislikes Francis a lot. For one, he's more concerned about the risk the family faces for smuggling out a "treasonous" noble. Although Zepar greatly respects Dantalion and Lilith, he can't grasp why they would pull off something so unreasonable for somebody who's going to disappear from the face of the Earth anyway. Francis, meanwhile, is indifferent towards him.
Furfur-
They have a sweeter relationship than Zepar. Francis was Furfur's first friend and got her through the bullying she experienced as a kid. She looked up to him for a long time and was the one Francis trusted to find his mother's locket. Even though she's teasing and mischievous as always, Furfur has a very sentimental bond with Francis and was motivated to repay the favor.
Gremory-
Not much happened between them, since Gremory was just ten at the time of Francis' departure. They weren't particularly close, and unlike Furfur, Gremory was too shy to approach him. Francis does like her in a little sister sense but doesn't know much about her adult self. Because of that, they drifted apart.
