•Chapter Eleven•

"We called his parents. Also the police are here to talk to you" he nods his head as he stands up, and follows the nurse to the policemen.

"Yes officer?" He shoved his hands in his pockets as he looked at them impatiently.

The female officer flipped through the police files she had in her hands, while the male officer cleared his throat.

"We have a few questions for you" they walk away into a room for him to follow, and he does. When they tell him to enter the room after the female officer mumbled a idiot before giving him a fake smile.

"Whats the questions? And hurry up. I have to check in with his doctor soon"

"We'll make this quick sir"

"Where were you at the time of the accident?"

"Watching"

"You didn't try to prevent it?"

"I tried calling out to him. He had headphones in his ears"

"What did the driver look like?"

"I don't know. I didn't pay attention to the driver. I was to focus on Killua. I should be seeing him right now too so excuse me"

"We have a few more questions Mr. Freecss" they say sternly.

"Please that's my father" he said with a slight chuckle before continuing. "Alright, ask away. I would say shoot buuuuuut we all know what would happen then" he says as he drags out the 'U' in 'but'.

The officers lightly laugh at Gon for his comment as they roll their eyes.

"Alright kid. We'll let you off the hook because it's the holidays" the male officer says with a chuckle.

Gon watches the two police officers leave. He sighs in relief that they didn't know he did a few crimes himself.

He goes to sit back down in the waiting room as he sees The Zoldycks walking in the room.

He immediately sinks down into his seat as he makes contact with Alluka. She takes Kalluto's hand and drags him over to where Gon was sitting.

"What happened to my brother?!"Alluka nearly yelled at the teen standing before her.

"Can you not yell? Your causing a seen damnit!" Gon whisper/yells at her back.

"Come on" he grabs her and Kalluto's hand and drags them to an empty room.

"Look, Killua came to school late or whatever and saw me fighting a guy, got mad pulled me away from the fight while smacking the hell out of my head and yelling his ass off.

He asked why we fought I told him it was nun of his business he walked off I chased after him and a car came and hit him" Gon down to see both of the child with their heads down.

"But on the bright side, the doctors said he'll survive!" Both their heads perk up in joy.

"Really?!" Alluka asks with pure joy in her voice.

"I don't know I didn't think I'd get this far" he ran his hand through his spiky hair and sighed.

"But Killua is strong so he'll come out just fine okay?"They nod softly as the exit the room as Kikyo runs over to two and looks up at Gon with fire in her eyes.

"What were you doing with my two babies?" She asks with a growl in her voice.

"I—" he gets cut off by Kalluto which surprises Alluka and Kikyo.

"He was telling us what happened to Killua. He saw the accident happen" Kikyo nodded her head.

"Who are you to my son?"

"Uh... a friend?" Gon was very confused by the question.

He didn't know what they were. Friends? Definitely not. Best friends? Could be. Fuck buddies? Only had sex once. Dating? Don't make him laugh.

"With all honesty I don't know what we are" he says more surely.

"Your Gon right?" He nods his head.

"The boy I forbid my son from seeing?" Silva asks, voice vibrating against the wall.

"I guess"

"Get out" Gon clenches his fist. He can't do anything stupid.

It's Killua's father.

"Can we not? My brother is in the hospital right now. Yeah he left school because they had an argument but kicking Gon out isn't helping anything. I'm sure Killua wouldn't want Gon to leave" Alluka speaks up to her father as he rolls his eyes and walks out of the waiting room.

Gon says and mumbled a thank you to the girl as she nods her head.

"But that doesn't mean I'm not mad at you" she says to Gon as he laughs at her.

"Trust me sweetheart, I don't care if your mad at me. Join the line" he sits back in his seat as he finishes.

He watches as the family sits down on the other side of the room. Immediately getting up when the doctor enters the room.

"So Doc how is he?"

"Well...."
