Hell's POV

I woke up feeling dizzy and numb. I don't know why, maybe because of the anaesthesia. I remembered exactly what happened. I saw somebody from up the building which is a couple of kilometers away from the house. Yes i saw even if how far it was. I went to borrow a telescope and saw it's true.

I hugged Brick hoping they wouldn't shot him if i went their way but i spoke too soon. Because when my body embraced him, that's where i felt a numbing pain.

"She's fine now. Don't worry about it and as for the bullet we took out from her, it's strange because the Yellow part is actually a liquid. So if it stayed in her body for more than an hour, it will dissolve and paralyze her. We took it out but i think there is a little bit amount in her body. No worries because it will just last for a couple of minutes."

Narinig kong sabi nang doctor. Nasa pintuan sila and they dont even know im awake now. Kausap niya si dad. Igagalaw ko na sana ang kamay ko pero naramdaman kong mabigat.

When i looked who was it, i dont know but i was hoping it was him.

"Mom." i called her out. Mukhang puyat siya dahil nahirapan pa akong gisingin siya. The doctor noticed me so he came up to me and did his thing. i just answered and after that he went off.

"Are you okay na ba baby?" tanong sakin ni mommy. I nodded. Still looking around. Napansin ata nila yun dahil tinanong nila ako who am i looking for.

" Anak, Tanner is dead. You know that, stop looking for him." my mom sighed.

"Ikaw rin naman noon. You know Cloud was dead before but still hoping he was alive." bulong i dad but my mom heard him so she glared at her so dad kissed her cheeks.

"Where's Brick?" tanong ko. I'm not looking for Tanner which is a first. Because every time i wake up, there never is a chance that i don't miss him, that i don't look for him and that I'm not hoping he's still alive. But at this moment, I'm looking for Brick.

"I don't know. After he came out of the ER, we never see him till today." sabi ni dad. Napalingon naman ako sa kanila.

"So you mean he never came back yet?" umiling silang dalawa. The first thing that i looked for when i opened my eyes today was him. I was hoping he was the one who was holding my hand but then i saw mom instead.

What the hell is happening to me?

I still can remember when i hostaged the anesthesiologist to go look for Tanner, but Brick came instead. I don't know but i felt like i just surrendered. He held my hand tight that seem to calm me down.

He held my hand and i felt i can survive this. He whispered something that made me realize something, that i wanted to live.

"Please, live." those two words. He squeezed my hand and i did the same and i let my self to sleep. That's why when i woke up, i was hoping that he's the first person i see. Because i woke up just for him, because i lived just for him.

I was left alone in the room because i told mom and dad to go home and change at least. They agreed because may bantay naman na daw sa labas ng kwarto ko. Napalingon ako sa door dahil pumasok si Sir Gerard.

"How are you?" seryosong tanong niya.

"I'm fine, i guess." sagot ko. Huminga siya ng malalim.

"I cant put you in danger like this Hell. You're one of our assets. That's why i decided that you will no longer be responsible of Corbin from now on. Magpahinga ka muna and after that you can go to my office and i'll I've you another mission."
