Friday came and I walked inside the room with a smile on my cheeks. The boys asked me why I look happy and joked that Aprielle go back to me. I didn't answer or tell something to the boys and keep it on myself. I was very happy for the day and I didn't tell them any single clue. So I smiled.
"You'll know in three days." I said to them, making them realize that something is wrong.
Three in the afternoon came and I walked out from the canteen without my friends. They head to the canteen and fell on the line while I was heading to the other side and head to Mrs. Echavia's office. Mrs. Echavia immediately told me what to teach, that I should study for the weekend before Student's Week begun.
After teaching, I walked back to the classroom at three-thirty. The last subject teacher looked at me and got angry.
"Where have you been, Mr. De Castro?" she asked.
I looked at the woman and noticed she's angry. So I just held my head and smiled.
"Guess I'm a little bit clumsy, I think." I replied to the teacher and laughed.
Then I went back to my chair and sat, smiling like a little brat. Von leaned his head to me and asked.
"Where the heck did you go, bro?" he asked. "We've been worried at you."
"I roomed around the whole school." I replied at Von. "I'm a little late because I'm on the restroom to pee when the bell rang."
"Clumsy." Kris and the rest said at me.
"Haha!!" I laughed.
After class, I immediately went home and studied the lessons I teach to the students this Monday after doing house chores. It took me five minutes to understand the problem and their solution written in the textbook and immediately wrote some problems on my own with the same problem.
The lesson on the book that assigned to me is about the algebraic expression of a right triangle. The textbook also have its own expression and some word problems. For example, a pole standing about three meters high and has a shadow at the distance of six meters from the ground of the pole. The problem is how long is the hypotenuse from the tip of the pole standing to the tip of the pole on the ground.
I studied the procedure for about five minutes and made some questions for me and answered them all in just three minutes.
"Eureka!!" I said in surprise, knowing that my answers on my notebook is correct and thorough.
Then I took my yellow paper and made some questions pertaining to the lesson that Mrs. Echavia asked me to. I made nine questions, four for the lesson proper and five for their homework. Mrs. Echavia asked me to make some questionnaires for the night and that's what the five extra questions I made. And that's what I'll ask the students in my possession to answer for the night.
After two days, I walked to the Faculty Room with my small bag full of my own chalk-box and chalkboard eraser. Then I sat on a chair at the back of a cabinet desk and put my bag on the desk. After a few minutes, all other Student Assistants also walked in and they're on their own teacher uniform. I was on a checkered polo with long sleeves but I folded the sleeves up to be more pleasant to the eyes.
Then the national anthem came and I and my fellow SAs stood up and honored the national flag. After honoring the national flag, all students in the field walked back to their classrooms and sat before the first subject teacher to arrived. My classmates on St. Therese of the Child Jesus and also my friends worried of where I was, though I didn't take a day off or absent for the whole school year.
I walked out from the Faculty Room with my class record that Mrs. Echavia piled for me, with the chalk box and the eraser on it. Then I walked to my first room on the list of Mrs. Echavia, the class of the third year St. John the Baptist. I walked inside, noticed the room is filled with smart students like me and walked to the desk. I put the class record and the chalk box with the eraser on the desk, took a stick of chalk from the chalk-box and wrote on the board my name.
