I stood up and walked to the bar. I sat on one of the bar chairs and looked at the bartender.

"I'll have a glass of Vodka Martini." I smiled at the bartender.

Then he made me a Vodka Martini on the martini glass and put a piece of olive on the top pierced in a toothpick. Then he gave me the glass and walked to the other customers to accompany their drinks.

I took my drink and turned around. I looked at the dance floor and saw Von, Kris, James and Daniel walking towards me. Then they sat next to me and smiled.

"Lookie here." Von said at the others. "The old-or-maybe-not Alex de Castro."

I looked at Von. "Don't start with me, Von." I said at Von. "I'm still a little bit jetlag."

"Jetlag?" Von reacted. "Francine told us that you've been here for almost five days now. How can you have a jetlag until now?"

Daniel walked to me and punned my right shoulder. "So you're a detective, huh." he said at me. "And why should we believe it?"

I put my glass of Vodka Martini on the bartender's pub and looked at Daniel.

"And why would I do explaining it?" I asked Daniel. "Do you want a proof from me? Okay, then. You're wearing the most expensive suit in the world. A Chanel 150 perfume on your neck, probably a dollar and ninety-nine cents in an open garage sale that is obviously came and smells like a lawn to me. Does your wife bought you all these products when she's still in New Zealand or anywhere in America?"

I looked at Von. "And, Von, have you forgotten to iron your inner shirt though it's still full with wrinkles?" I asked Von. "Maybe Mikaella forgot to teach you how iron your suit for the night. Ask her about this 'coz I can see the wrinkles on your collar."

I looked at James and immediately something wrong on his clothes. "And, James, you're still single until now." I said at James. "And you wonder why did I know about this? Well, that's easy. Look at your left ring finger."

"But I'm living with someone right now." James defended. "And got kids with her."

"Even you're still living with someone, man,"  I interrupted. "without a ring is not an aspect of you to be called as a married man. I bet you and your lived-in partner has been mistakenly got your first child on her so you took her secretly and took her somewhere who is now your house."

I looked at Kris and smiled. "I can see that you've been changed a bit, Kris." I said at Kris. "Did Charmie gave you a pun or something that made you change that bit? Long hair almost on your shoulders, got some abs on your abdomen, and some broad shoulders like a young woman. According to the intel I have, you married Charmie due to her freaky attitude and very honest to you. And I can say that you're a slave to her. Am I right?"

I looked at the stage and smiled. "I saw Karl in Canada when I and my band got a concert night in Canada. He's gotten a little bit fat. His teeth just like before, like a rabbit as I described. His hair is still short, almost gotten bald at the moment I saw him, and a little bit a smart too. Once, I asked him about the qualities of love and he said that love is just in the corner, waiting for you to get and grab it in an instant."

Von looked at me and felt a little bit disturbing. "And how did you know about this?" he asked.

I just lifted my shoulders, both palms are held up, and looked at the boys with a comedic expression in my face. Then I looked at a woman walking towards the bar. It was Aprielle. She sat on one of the bar's chair and looked at me and the boys. She then looked at the bartender and smiled.

"A bottle of champagne, please." she said at the bartender.

The male bartender looked at Aprielle and looked so surprised. "The whole bottle, ma'am?" he asked Aprielle.
