After what I just did, Linda realized that I wasn't that good in hiding a feeling. She just realized it what I just acted on the past seconds before I walk inside on that door. So she looked at Aunt Brenda.

"Mom," she said to her mother. "does Alex actually fell in love?"

Aunt Brenda leaned her head to Linda. "Yeah." she whispered back. "According to the letter she sent to me when he's still in Philippines, Alex fell in love with a girl named Aprielle Solis. She's beautiful, he said on the letter as his description on her. Actually, a crush, by the way. And he really love her so much."

"Then what happened?"

"One day, Aprielle noticed Alex looking at her with sparkling eyes. And immediately found out that Alex is in love with her. So she just used Alex's brain power, just like what he called it in his letters, and just toyed him around. She asked Alex about writing her assignments for her, asked Alex to write her projects for her and she even asked Alex to buy her some snacks."

"As a result, in his second year in loving the girl, Alex started rejected Aprielle's orders and always walked away from the girl when Alex sees Aprielle walking to him. Alex got a stony heart, so next time, don't ask him again about his past crush, okay?"

"Okay, mom." Linda replied.

Then they all laughed at each other and, suddenly, stood up when she noticed it's almost evening.

"Okay, then." she said to all. "Let's go to bed. We have to buy Alex his apartment here. And also his appliances for his new apartment."

"Oh, men!" Marilyn said with desperation. "I've got some watching to do."

"Save it, Marilyn." Linda said. "We have to prepare for Alex's place while he's here in Washington."

"Okay, mom." the twins walked inside, still have their frustration. "Good night!"

I was on the twin's room and was heading to sleep. I was feeling kinda jetlag and my head is still whirling like a hurricane. So I walked inside the bathroom, to freshen myself, also took a midnight wash and head back to the bed where I was resting hours ago. After taking the night bath, I walked to the bedroom and wore myself some thick clothes for the night and walked to the window to look the city with my eyes.

"I'm finally here!" I said to myself. "Well, this is the first time I rode an airplane or anything that flies in the air or rushed with the waters. And this is the time I stepped in this far land and I'm very nervous what will gonna happen next or what will happen to me when I'm still in this house where my aunt and her American husband lives with their daughters."

"I wonder what happened to my father and sister today. I wonder what they do or what they expect themselves to believe. They considered me as a nobody since I was the only person who knew best for them. Father will gonna be frustrated and very upset when they heard the news from our little cute TV set that sets in '70. I hope they'll never get that so-much upset when Father tells Sister about my leave."

"What would they give me while I'm still here? What will be the basis why Aunt Brenda take me here and what is she going to help me? I'm still clueless of what she'll do with me, now, I'm here in her country and on her house. And I'm still have to solve this puzzle that may give some clues to what she give to me."

I looked at the bermuda and noticed the family are still happy and very cheerful. They're a complete family, like I used to have. The family that once a happy and very merry family is now broken and can't be fixed again due Mother was not there to keep it perfect. Why does my mother died in a time like this? Why did she walked away from us now I'm here? She should've seen me in this country all by myself, without Father or Sister.
