"So what's been going on with you, short stack?" Ban asked, using another one of my nicknames. We were both quite the distance apart, both of us quite stiff.
I explained to him about working with the captain and his tavern, just trying to get information on the whereabouts of the sins, then taking some time to myself, travelling around Brittania and stuff. "After that, I ended up working as a Holy knight, under an alias, of course, in a small town called Welshire." I finished "That's when Melio found me, and well, here I am! What about you, Ban?"
"Missing you." He states. Before any reaction came from me a few voices came from around the corner. Diane, Captain, Elizabeth and Hawk.
"Yeah I think she's gonna be just fine," Diane said, her leopard-skin bag on the floor.
We walked toward them and I strolled over to Diane, giving Melio a slight nod as I passed him. Ban stopped, a weird look plastered on his face.
The two stared at each other as if they wanted to kill each other. I knew otherwise...
"They both seem upset, what's going on?" Hawk whispered, "I've got a bad feeling about this..."
"I think you should get behind me..." Diane said and the pig squealed, rushing to get behind the giantess in fear of the two idiots in front of us.
"..."
"..."
"BAN!" Meliodas yelled, throwing his arms up in the air.
"CAPTAIN!" Ban retaliated, doing the same.
They both sprinted to each other and started doing their weird handshake.
Wow, I got a less exciting greeting and I'm Ban's girlfriend- no, ex-girlfriend.
The thought made me sad, and a frown came out. The muttering of Hawk and the ruckus of the boys tuned out.
Longing for love now, are we? You had that love, and you've lost it
I had love. Someone who loved me. And every time. Every single fucking time, I find a way to eliminate that feeling. But afterwards, I long for the touch of someone who will hug me and kiss me. Ugh.
"(Y/N)!" Someone calling my name snapped me out of my depressing thoughts.
Two completely immature men looked at me expectantly. The floor we were on was destroyed, bricks and other sorts of debris sprawled on the floor.
"I'll ref," I agreed, squatting by them as they lay on the floor and put their arms in a position so they could arm wrestle. "3... 2... 1... Go!" I rushed to Diane as the place started to crumble.
"What's happening?!" Hawk panicked.
"They've been like this since as long as I've known them," Diane sighed, looking incredibly love-struck, blushing slightly as she looked at the captain. I chuckled at her, ignoring the fact that I was once like that towards Ban. Well, I could control myself a little more. Diane was crazy for the perverted blonde.
Hawk continued panicking and I started a mini conversation with the giant girl, glancing at the boys to see if anyone had won, which was very unlikely.
"So what happened on your way here? It took you a while..." I asked, the floor starting to crack.
"Before Elizabeth passed out, she's in my bag, by the way, she told me that some Holy Knight named Ruin tried to take the captains sword by poisoning him. The captain woke up, y' know, cuz he's sooooo strong, as Ruin tried to take the sword," She continued. Makes sense. That sword is extremely important. Why the holy knights want it, though...
