The morning dawned upon the sticky, sleepy couple who slept soundly in the bed. Dark Link still hand his arm around Link, who had his head on his chest still, listening to his calm heartbeat. Link had awoken slowly, his eyes fluttering and adjusting to his surroundings. He heard a heartbeat in one ear and soft breathing in the other, and an arm around him. He shifted his body, but immediately felt a sharp pain in his lower back, making him wince quietly.

He laid in silence for a while, his hand pressed a little lower on Dark Link's body as his head rested on his chest. He smiled at thoughts of him and his boyfriend, often giggling slightly. This was until he felt movements from his darker counterpark, realising he was awake.

"Ah, you're awake, good morning Hero," Dark Link greeted, making the lighter counterpart's face glisten with glee.

"Good morning," he replied, lifting his head up and looking up at him. Dark Link used his free hand to brush some loose strands of hair off his forehead, Link giggling at the soothing hand brushes.

"I think we should be getting washed up today, don't you agree?" Dark Link stated, chuckling afterwards. Link nodded his head in agreement, knowing that they were both so sticky and just messy from last night. They would've cleaned up then, but couldn't find the energy. Besides, Link fell asleep instantly anyway, and Dark Link did not want to wake him up.

"Where though?" Link asked, trying to shift his body as little as possible so the pain wouldn't be too much down at his rear end.

"Where do you think?" Dark Link slowly tried to hint at what place he meant, and Link eventually caught on to his drift.

"Oh, you mean your home? The Water Temple?" Link smiled. Dark Link shrugged his shoulders, still keeping an arm wholesomely wrapped around Link.

"I wouldn't say it's my home, but, yes. Reasoning for it is so we have privacy as I know there will be people coming to Lake Hylia.."

The couple stayed in the bed for a little while longer until finally getting up, Link needing guidance from Dark Link as he struggled to get up alone. When he was up, he was given a towel along with his tunic that needed to be washed; though he was also given a baggy dark tunic from Dark Link who only owned dark clothing.

"Just where it for now, you can put it back on when we're clean," Dark Link said, grabbing things for himself and also ensuring Link had everything he needed. "Ready?"

Link held onto all the things he was given and nodded his head with a gleeful smile on his face, "ready!" Dark Link put out his free hand, wanting to hold Link's free one too. The lighter counterpark saw this and gladly accepted, swinging their arms in a loving manner.

They arrived outside the dungeon, and they had to get down there. Lucky for Dark Link, he could just teleport since he was able to use magic to go from place to place. Link, however, had to actually go underwater, and Dark Link couldn't teleport them both. So, they made an easy way. Dark Link goes in with all of their things, and Link goes in the usual way; except he doesn't have his blue tunic, iron boots and he's almost fully naked.

"How am I supposed to get in? I don't have the iron boots.." He muttered. The darker counterpark stood still for a second, thinking about how he could enter inside.

"Do you feel heavy?" He questioned randomly.

"Uh, what?" Link replied in a puzzled way.

"So, the iron boots makes you heavy, right?" Dark Link folded his arms.
