Donghyuck was exhausted as his legs couldn't stop shaking and his blinking turned into closing his eyes for a while until he snapped awake by the incredible heat again. The young boy looked up and stared at the close door with droopy eyes. He had to open it and get outside of this burning place as soon as possible.

He sadly didn't know how and soon he wouldn't have the power to do so anymore.

He then remembered something people in action movies always did and so he threw himself against the door, expecting it to burst open. Of course it didn't, it only hurt his arms as he grabbed it while groaning in pain. That didn't stop him from trying again though, he knew that he had to be strong.

Now he used the last bit of strength he had in him as he bashed into the door again, making it squeak. This gave him a slight feeling of hope as he did it again and again and again.

Finally the door gave in as the boy fell into the grass. He gasped for air, his throat seemed to be on fire too. His eyes stung painfully and the boy blinked multiple times. Suddenly a piece of wood fell next to him, creating a little fire on the grass. Donghyuck scrambled back on his feet, he had to get out of the garden too.

He looked around him for a while, seeing the fire burn down his house entirely. He watched the flames rise in his garden, there he saw the beautiful White Heather's catch fire. He stared at the burning flowers for a while, remembering what they symbolized.

Protection.

And they indicated that wishes would come true.

Donghyuck then turned around, wishing for everyone and everything to be alright.

Sadly he remembered that there was no way out of this garden. The only way would be climbing over the fence, but there was no 'other side' behind that fence. Only a dangerous river, leading towards who knows where.

But seeing the fire catch up on him, he decided that the other side would be better than this. After all, he could swim perfectly fine. And so he climbed over the fence with a lot of struggle, when he carefully tried to go down again he misplaced his foot, slipped and fell. His head hit a stone, knocking him out at once. He then got carried to god knows where by the water as he remained unconscious.

While Donghyuck was miles away from home, people managed to get into his now destroyed house. Searching for him everywhere, but without any hope and luck. People quickly thought that his body would've burned too, that it was part of the ashes by now (which is stupid since they would totally smell it, but maybe they just wanted to think he was dead and didn't magically 'disappear'). And so they left the house, without any further inspections, keeping their heads low as they told Donghyuck's friends the sad news.
