Part 28

-A week later-

Lili's POV:

The year started off good, just hanging out with Cole and Ella. It was until today that things started to go downhill. Cole left for a shoot in the morning and Ella decided to make a mess. She threw her cereal off the kitchen counter. If that wasn't enough, she colored all over the walls of her bedroom so the morning was dedicated to cleaning up the messes she made. Then I made lunch for me and cole and as soon as he arrived we had lunch with Ella and talked about taking Ella to the premier. The main question was if she was able to behave in such conditions. We moved to the couch and kept discussing it. We ended up not deciding on that today. When we were about to turn a movie on, we heard the doorbell and I went to get it. I could not believe my eyes when I opened the door.

L-"Sam?"

S-"Hi Lili, nice to see you again."

I closed the door on his face. I hated him so much right now.

S-"can I come in?"

C-"does it look like we want you to come in?"

S-"you must be Cole. Nice to meet you, I'm Sam."

C-"nice to meet you too, now I politely ask you to leave."

S-"Well, I just came here to get things right. I want to be friends."

Cole's POV:

I already hated him. He was not going to steal Lili from me while I lived.

C-"well Lili and I want nothing to do with you. Plus, we want you to leave, so go back to the dumpster you live in and don't come back."

L-"Cole! Be respectful, he only wants to be friends."

C-"Lili come here, I need to talk in private. And YOU, stay outside my apartment and wait.

He can't hear them now.

C-"are you crazy Lili? He obviously wants to get in your pants."

L-"no. YOU are being crazy, love. I love you okay. I hate him, but we have to be kind, I know him since we were 3 years old okay? Trust me, let's just hang out with him for a bit today and then I'll send him away."

C-"but this was the last afternoon we had for cuddles before I have to leave for LA tonight."

L-"okay but we can make it fast. Just watch a movie and ask him to leave."

C-"I love you, don't forget that, ever."

L-"I love you, baby, don't forget that as well."

We kissed and Ella ran into the guest room we were in.

E-"mommy, Sam is in there. I'm scared."

C-"come here, stay in my arms okay, he is gonna stay here only today and then he leaves."

We all went out and Lili told him to come in. We watched Star Wars cause Lili never had and that was just crazy to me.

Ella stayed on my arms the whole movie. Lili's head was on my shoulder and my hand was on her thigh. I ignored him when he tried to talk to me or Ella. When the movie ended we tried to get him to leave but nothing really worked. He claimed his flight back home was at midnight, which was an hour after mine. We had dinner early and Lili gave Ella a bath. She got her dressed and came back into the living room, where I was aggressively ignoring him.

L-"want me to drive you?"

C-"well I would love that but then Sam would have to come with us and I am sure he would hate that."
