Anne and Gilbert- road trip

Part 1

Anne's POV:
I moved to green gables in the small town, Avonlea  
The first day of school I met a girl her name was Diana berry and a girl named ruby they became my new friends lucky sitting alone was not the best thing
After my first day of school I go home and it's Friday and have nothing to do so I pick my remote and watch Netflix I watch stranger things because I am like bored and I love that show
~Saturday~
I wake up and realise that I have not explored the town so I get up and get dressed, brush my teeth and my hair and then I grab my stuff and leave.
The town was quite so I went in to a coffee shop to get a drink and as I walked out I seen this boy he was being chased down and alley way so I followed to help him and as I grabbed the other boy and pushed him away from the boy he ran trying not get caught.
I look over to the boy on the floor and asked him if he's ok and I see that he has a cut that's bleeding so I get tissues and a bandage out of my purse and clean up the cut and he then breaks the awkward silence and says thank you for your help he says with a smile
Don't worry about I would not let that happen to anyone I replied
He then says well my names Gilbert what's your name ?
Anne it's nice to meet you Gilbert even if it was in such a bad way I say
Are you new here Anne I have never seen you around ?
Yes I moved here yesterday from New York I say
New York huh why did you leave ? He asks
My parents died in a car accident so I have been adopted I reply
Oh Anne I'm so sorry he says with a sad face
No it's ok I didn't know them I was in an orphanage I say while helping him up of the floor
Do you want me to show you around he asks
Yeah if you wouldn't mind I answer
We get to know each other as we walk around the town. After I walk him home he says thank you one more time for helping him today and then I go home
It nice meeting Gilbert
He was funny and very understanding
He had the most amazing brown eyes
Messy hair but it was nice and he was tall
I was always bullied in my old school because I was ginger and didn't have parents
Gilbert was very understanding about that
