One week later... There were Kiki and Lexi were sitting together at lunch time, talking, random things. When the sudden subject came.

"So, Kiki... How was your audition?" Lexi asked.

"What audition?" Kiki asked.

"The one Jared was!" Lexi smirked.

"... Which?" Kiki tilts her head.

"Aw, you already act like a married couple!" Lexi clapped.

"Shut up-. We don't. We're just friends." Kiki mumbled.

"Just friends... Like... Close friends or...?"

"Just friends." Kiki said again.

"Oh my God, friends with benefits?" Lexi's eyes widened.

"Is the benefit being just friends? Because if it is, yes." Kiki facepalmed.

"He didn't try asking you on a date yet?" Lexi shook her head.

"No?" Kiki shrugged.

"Oh my God." Lexi said.

"So... How were your test to volley?"

"I didn't do it yet. I still have to take this shit off my leg." Lexi huffed.

"Finally the mummy will be a normal girl!" Kiki teased.

"Wasn't that Pinocchio?" Lexi grimaced.

"Pinocchio and you have a lot in common." Kiki kept teasing. "Both want to be a normal person!"

"You're suddenly so hilarious! HA HA!" She wasn't laughing.

Kiki shrugged. "It's natural." Hair flip.

"Look who's coming." Lexi pointed behind her friend. "Is it Jared? Act normal!"

"I am normal!" Kiki almost screamed.

"... Your normal, don't freak out and... Hi, Jared!" Lexi waved to him.

Kiki turned to see him, and couldn't help a small smile. "Hi."

"Hey girls, have you seen Evan?" Jared sat besides Kiki.

"No." Kiki looked at Lexi.

"I don't talk to him." Lexi said.

"Oh, yeah. I forgot this... If you see him, just tell him a really need him now, like... Life or death wise." Jared stood up, and ruffled Kiki's hair. "See you too!" And rushed away.

"Aw, like a married couple!" Lexi clapped.

"No! What would be the matter, anyways?" Kiki asked, fixing her hair.

"Maybe he wants to call you on..."

"You want to call her out on a date?" Evan asked, clapping his hands. "Finally, dude!"

"I know, but... It might be crazy, we've been talking the whole week... Since she gave me her number. Which made this... Five days? Not a week? Anyways." Jared sighed.

"Just ask her!" Evan pointed to the door.

"Where to?" Jared sighed. "What should I wear?"

"Just be you, dude." Evan smiled.

"Right. A weirdo." Jared sighed

"You're not a weirdo. You're... Nice." Evan said.
