The busses finally stopped. I lift my head from my pillow on my seat and look outside the window. It's strange... There's nothing except trees and more trees. Everyone starts to murmur and some kids even say that they'll demand for a refund. I just roll my eyes at them and get up. I grab my bag from the top with my one hand and carry my pillow in my other hand. It takes about 5 minutes for everybody to get off the bus. I was sitting in the back, so I'm obviously the last one to get off.

I get out of the bus and stand on the hard ground next to a few others campers. Next to me is a guy with glasses. He looks about a year younger than me.
"So, you know what's going on?" He turns his head and stares at me. "Does it look like I'm the guider?" He turns his head back to the front and continues to stare at the people. "Jeez, no need to bite my head off." He keeps quiet. I hold out my hand. "I'm Noah. Noah Miller." He looks at me and laughs sarcastically. "Congratulations."

A girl next him, with black hair that's tucked away in a ponytail to keep the length away, pushes his shoulder that causes him to reveal his soft side. She stares at him and her eyes quickly turn to mine. He slowly turns around and holds his hand out. "Ander. Ander Wilson." I force a quiet laugh and look down. I shake my head and shake his hand. I look at the girl and she looks at me. "Quite the impression you made...?"

"Veera."
"It's nice to meet you, Veera. So how do you two know each other?" "Oh, we don't know each other, I just thought I could teach him some manners BEFORE this while shit show starts." Ander rolls his eyes and pucks up his bag. "Where are you going?" He ignores my question and starts walking. "Hey!" He turns back. "Well come on. The other busses arrived and the councilors are on one of them." Veera and I look at each other and she gives out a deep sigh. "Hell, here I come." I laugh and watch her walk in front of me.

I pick up my bag and follow the mysterious girl.
She looks like a shy person but the way she acted around me, it was just... weird I guess? I had no...
A hard stump stops my foot and causes me to fall on my face. In front of EVERYONE. I look up and all the other kids are laughing at me. Veera runs towards me and helps me up. My head starts to ache and I touch the sore place. I look at my hand and see that blood took over my hand. "Are you okay?" "Yeah, I'm fine thank you." I groan a bit. "My head is just... it's just..."

Oh yeah, I didn't tell you. I have Hemophobia. Fear of blood. And when I saw the blood, I started to feel weak and sweaty. Everything started to become black and within seconds, I passed out. A few minutes passed when I woke up in a cabin on a bed with a plaster on my head. There was a old lady who wore a long white coat. She has a small light in her hand and she opened my one eye widely and then the other one. She clicks the pen thing and the light disappears. "You seem to be fine. You just hit your head pretty hard. Your lucky you don't have a concussion." "Where am I?" She smiles and raises her hands. "Welcome to Camp Kuwala. My name is Dr.Jones and I am one of the nurses here at this camp." I stare at her. "Cool. So um can I go now, maybe?"

"Yes of course. But if your head starts to bleed again, you have to come back, okay? Oh and try not to walk around too much for now." I see my bag and pillow and take it. "Thanks Dr.Jones." I open the door and walk out. There are a lot of cabins here. There are kids that are walking together and a few fire pits. There's even a lake and also a pole with a flag raised.
Camp Kuwala.

I see Veera and Ander approaching me and put my bag down. "Hey, you okay?" Ander asks. "Yeah I'm fine thanks. So were is everyone staying?" "I'm staying at Cabin A3 and I think Ander is staying at C5." "Yeah your in a cabin with me. Apparently were the Blue Lagoons?" Great. Me and Ander in the same cabin. Hey, maybe he's not so bad. "Cool, cool. What the hell is a blue lagoon? It sounds like some type of alcohol." We all laugh a but but then stop. "It's supposed to be like some kind of connection that 4 boys had at a lagoon somewhere here." Anyway, come on I'll show you the cabin."

After Ander had showed me the cabin, a councilor cane into each cabin and explained all the rules and where everything is. Each one of us got a map and freebies, which included: Tracksuits, hats, keychains, stickers etc. I was starting to think that this was heaven. If only I had knew what was going to happen.

Nightfall approached and we all sat around a fire pit. Me, Veera and Ander sat next to each other. It was better that we stayed together before making new friends. Were they my friends? Anyway, some kid got his guitar out and started playing. I have never heard someone play this false in my entire life. We tried to hold our laughs in, but it wasn't possible. The three of us got up and walked to the lake. We bursted out laughing on our way.

"My ears! Damn, that boy can't play." Ander seems to have a sense of humor. That's a good thing because I can't handle someone being rude the ENTIRE summer. Veera points her finger to a deck. "Guys look." "Cool! Let's go." We go and sit at the edge of the deck and take our shoes off. We put only our toes in the water but then feel the warmness of the water. "It feels so good" I say and stand up. I take my shirt off and jump into the water. I stay underwater for a while just to scare them.

"Is he okay?" Veera says, jumping onto her feet. She stands and stares at the water. I come back up and splash her. "Ha! Got you." I laugh like I've never laughed before. It feels good. "Seriously" Ander says. "You scared me!" Veera says. Ander shakes his head and takes his shirt off. He dives into the lake and Veera does the same, but with her clothes still one.

We have a blast by splashing each other with water and telling each other stories that no one has ever heard before. We actually get along pretty well. After a while, we get out and sit under a tree that is hanging over the deck. We look up in the sky and see the bright stars. "Where do we go?" Ander and Veera looks at me with confusion. "What do you mean?" Ander asks. "If we die, where do we go?" Veera answers me with an answer. "Well we go to heaven, obviously." "I'm not so sure." "What? How come?"

"Well, see the thing is..." And before I can finish, someone attacks Veera from behind. He strangles her and Ander and I try to get him off of her. He's strong and looks a lot older than us. He has anger in him and keeps his hands around her neck. Ander went back to camp to get help and left me alone to deal with him. I didn't know what to do. I grabbed his arm and I bit him. Nothing. He wouldn't let go.

Veera started to get red and her eyes were starting to roll into her eyelids. I screamed an begged and cried. My hands were in my head and I was out of breath. I was scared as hell.

Out of nowhere, Ander came running with something in his hand. He stabbed the guy in his back and he let Veera go. Veera took deep breaths and coughed. The wooden sharp branch in him was causing him to bleed. A lot. I started shaking and looked at Ander. He was out of breath. The guy fell to the ground and stopped breathing . He... He's dead.
