#DoctorAndPatientEncounters

Blue, deep sea. The sun was scorching hot so most of the people will spent their day here. I'm one of the most people.

I started running towards the sea when I stepped onto something, a sea urchin.

"A-ahh.." I groaned in pain. My eyes wandered around if someone might have saw it.

I felt relieved. They're busy swimming and taking pictures everywhere. It's a good thing, sort of.

Can't walk properly, I just sat and watched the children playing on the sand. Teenagers taking pictures, and elders swimming happily.

Every minute I secretly checked my foot if anything might have been infected. So far, my foot was still fine.

A cute little girl suddenly appeared next to me. She had a sunflower hat and a yellow dress. I can only saw her nose and lips.

"Hola!" Confusion written all over my face. Is she a Spanish? I can't communicate with her because I only know few words that is Spanish.

"No! No! I'm not a Spanish," Then she giggled.

I faked a smile because my foot was still aching. It hurts like hell.

"Can I check your foot? Ate?" I stared at her blankly. My mind was full of questions:

Why did she care? Did she saw me? Was this the reason why she talked to me?

I erased that thought and nodded. Making the girl smile. She picked up my injured foot and gently squeezed it.

I almost cried in pain from what she did. Then the girl took something in her pocket.

"Can I cure your wound?" Curious, I nodded. I trust her.

When it is done, she carefully placed my foot.

"Next time, be careful. Don't walk too much. Let your foot rest 5-10 minutes..." Then she keeps blabbering about not to be clumsy. She reminds me of my mom. She's too cute to resist.

I smiled and hold her hand. "Thank you little girl. May I know what is your dream?" I asked randomly.

Proudly, she stood up straight and salute. "I wanted to be one of the soldiers in white that save lives."

I can feel the passion in her voice as she speak. I think she's referring to be a doctor.

My smile grew wider, "You'll be a great doctor someday. No, wrong word. The best doctor someday."

"It's getting dark. You should go to your mother little girl, she might be worried." I added.

Once again, she flashed her sweet smile. "Let the sky cross our paths again, mi àngel."

She starts walking away. I think she always help people whose injured or sick. I'm proud to say that I'm one of the few people.

Before I leave, I saw a piece of crumbled paper. I opened it and I saw the word that I least expect the most..
