I went into school and it was like the first day all over again, except this time I knew why everyone was staring. Everyone kept coming over "I'm sorry for your loss!" , "Bailey was loved very much!" What a perfect example of the case of no one cares till your dead. I don't think anyone even knew who Bailey was. Until now, known as the dead boy who used to walk the school halls. I could see Shawn in this distance, remembering that here his name is Mr Cohen. I let on a small smile to him and he smiled back. I guess that's only one reason I actually went to school. I had no one to go to school for anymore because Bailey was dead. Someone started playing the song Eastside at break and I cried as I could hear Bailey singing it as we would go speeding down the roads in his mums car.

I ran all the way through the school and into Shawn's classroom. He looked shocked that I just ran in to the room with tears. All of the windows had their blinds down so I shut the door and just ran into his arms as they made me feel safe. He seemed even more shocked but he held me tighter and tighter. "Are you ok Layla?" He said pulling me away a bit but still holding onto my arm." I looked up with nothing to say and just cried more. "Ill take you home, come on." We went to reception and said I have threw up and that he would take me home. They believed us, he got us some coffee from Gracies and then let me go home. I didn't want to leave my room again.

I heard rocks being thrown at my window so I looked outside and there he was. "BAILEY, IS IT REALLY YOU!!" I was so happy to see him. I went to tell my mum that Bailey was at my window and she said that I'm probably just hallucinating. "Bailey's dead sweetie, your probably missing him so much you think he's still here." But I swear down, I'm sure I saw him standing right there. Maybe my mum was right, maybe I was missing Bailey a bit too much. He was my only friend. I heard more rocks telling myself that it was just my mind playing tricks, its just my mind playing tricks... "LAYLA! LAYLA! YOUR RIGHT IT IS BAILEY!" I heard my mum shouting up to me. I ran downstairs in a hurry. There he was, my brother from another mother, running towards me with his arms open ready to be hugged again. I screamed as I leaped into his arms. "Bailey, but, but your dead?" He looked down at me "I ran away, I couldn't take the bullies so I went to stay with my dad for a while... I'm sorry Layla I should have told you..." I looked up to see him looking so sad. "Bailey, you don't have to apologise, but you do have to go tell your mum your alive, she's missed you so much. We all have!" I gave him one last hug before he ran home to go find his mum.

Three loud knocks on the door, I checked through the peep hole to see, Shawn!?! He was stood there taking deep breaths, my mum had left the house to go shopping. I opened the door "Layla, what a surprise..." I laughed "Mr Cohen, your at my house, now why is the real reason your here?" I let him in and we took a seat on the couch, I paused my show as I really wanted to find out what he wanted. "Layla, don't find me creepy or anything. But please hear me out." He paused and took a deep breath. "I find you amazing, breath-taking. I wish there was nothing from holding me back and lifting you up into the skies, but there is, your my student, I'm your teacher..." I looked over to him to see the sorrow in his eyes. I reached for his hand but he shook it off "Layla..." I cut him off "Shawn, I like you too, I really do. But we would never work out. Its forbidden." Our eyes met. I swear to god I have never seen such an amazing sight. I gripped onto his shirt as he pulled me closer to his chest. I let on a soft giggle as he lay his lips onto my soft neck, making his way up to my lips. I had never felt like this in my life, a sickly sweet sensation of emotions rushing through my bones.
