"Layla, I'm going to take Gracie to school and then I'm going to work. I love you" He kissed me on my forehead and waved goodbye. I only then realized that it was the morning and I was still on the couch. I sat there wondering what I was going to do with my day. Then it hit me, I wasn't going to let Bailey find out if Dillon cheated on him. I decided I was going to go spy on them all day. I went upstairs and picked out an outfit so I could blend in with the crowd. I knew they were meeting at Gracies in five minutes. I called a cab as if the cab came fast enough, I would just be able to get there in time.

The cab arrived and I got into it and asking it to take me to Gracies. I kept checking the time so I wouldn't be late. I got out and thanked the cab driver and gave him his money with a tip. "Keep the change." I smiled as I walked away. I saw Dillon and Jess walking towards Gracies, I hid behind a small bush, peeping through to see them. I was praying no one would notice me. I looked away for a split second then when I looked back I was shocked. His lips were interlocked with Jess'. I was mortified. I knew in high school he was a player, but he was married now. I had to tell Bailey about what was going on, it's as if Dillon didn't want anyone to know. What I did next shocked everyone around me, even myself. I rose up from the bushes and went straight over to them both. I made a loud cough next to them to make my presence as obvious as I could. Dillon turned around shocked to see me, "Layla!" His eyes seemed to fill with sadness, that slowly turned to rage. "Wait, were you spying on-" I cut him off, "Dillon! How dare you go behind your husbands back like this! No man deserves this in an entire lifetime, let alone Bailey. He was the best thing that happened to you, and the best thing that will ever happen to you. And you leave him for what, a little slut you met through me. God I'm so stupid to ever let you guys meet. You absolute bastard!" He looked taken back, I turned around to see everyone staring at us, did I really just cause all of this commotion. "Layla," I didn't care what he had to say anymore, his words meant nothing to me. "No, I don't want to hear it Dillon, this is the most biggest mistake you have ever made, and trust me, you will know about it when it comes back to bite you." I stormed away, I cant believe Dillon would've done such thing. He was supposed to be loyal to Bailey. "Layla!" I could hear him screaming my name as I walked faster. I felt a slight nudge on my arm. Dillon spun me round to see him. "Ugh, I don't want to listen to you anymore, you have lost all my respect." His eyes filled back up with tears. "Layla, please you have to understand. I didn't-" I had enough of him. I weren't even going to waste my breath. I left and just went back home.

I sat there. Bailey contact on my phone. I wondered weather to tell him, or to just leave it as he was away. I knew he was coming back tomorrow. Should I wait to tell him? I started thinking about everything more than I should've. But Bailey was my best friend, I know he would do the same for me if I were in his situation. I called his phone and prayed he would pick up. "Hey," I heard him say over the phone "Hey Bailey I don't want to bother-" Then it hit me "Aha did I get you, I'm not available to take your call right now but please leave me a message. Beep" He must've been busy, I weren't going to leave a voice mail to tell him that his husband has been cheating as he was gone. He deserved to be told in person.

I waited and just watched the clock on my phone tick by minute by minute. I knew he would've deserved to know in person. It's such a bad thing that has happened to him. I was scared, horrified actually. I knew Dillon and Bailey were so close. I heard two quiet knocks on the door and I rushed ")out..." I had to let him have a say or I would never of known what had happened. "You don't even get it, it started off as a normal day." I saw his eyes slowly sink deeper and deeper, he seemed so guilty, but not guilty enough. "She looked into my eyes and she kissed me, really passionately. She said she saw her ex and he used to be so abusive, I promise I would never do such thing to Bailey." He burst into tears, I never had seen him in this way. I opened my arms to him and he fell into them. I felt all his body pressure sink deeper and deeper into my arms. "Omg Dillon, I'm so sorry. I really did think you were cheating as you guys were always making plans and then you guys started kissing and I knew how much Bailey meant to you..." He took a small step back out of my arms "Layla, please don't tell Bailey about all of this." I nodded but if I knew he cheated I would've told Bailey in a heartbeat.
