"Mae, I don't know..I'm nervous" I say to my best friend, while she was
Doing my make up. She rolls her eyes "Girl you got this! It's just a blind date, besides, I trust Jeongguk. He's a nice guy!" She says patting my shoulders
Reassuringly, while smiling at me warmly. "We could've just studied, Mae."
She sighs deeply, knowing that I am a big book worm, even if it's our Summer
Vacation, studying is still my thoughts. "Y/n.." she says looking at me, warmly.
"It's our Summer vacation. We have 2 months of free time, we can study 1 week before school starts! Just enjoy your time for a while, I'll be there. Watching you guys from afar.." she says to you, comforting you, Mae has been my best friend for almost 7 years, since 5th grade. She has always there for me, I get why she wants me to have fun even for just a while, I was always stressed on my studies. Thinking my grades went enough because of my parents, but they say it is. "Thank you, Mae..just watch us, okay? If ever something goes wrong you'll be there. Right?" She nods, while smiling at me.
"And, done!" Mae says patting my shoulder, "Go look at yourself, Y/n! You look great! Still the same, but even better! I just did a light makeup on you, because you don't need any." I smile at her, going to the mirror by my room. I

"M-Mae! Thank you!" I say as I run to her, capturing her in a engulfing hug.

"Go get changed on the dress I got for you..happy birthday, Y/n!" I
Look at her, confused. "It's my birthday?" She rolls her eyes, soon she chuckles. "It is dumbass, look at the Calendar. It's Your birthday!"
I did what she says, and it is my birthday. I literally forgot..
"That's why I got this all ready for you, the date. And the dress, even the makeup!" She says clapping her hands together. I look at her with soft eyes
"Thanks, Mae" She mouths and 'no problem' and I walk to my bathroom to get changed

I got out of the bathroom and saw myself in the mirror, both
Me and Mae were shocked.
It was a matte coloured dress. It was only until my knees, it was simple.
But very stunning.

"Don't get nervous, Y/n! You got this! Your just gonna watch a movie with him!" Mae says, while we were walking towards the table by the fast food.

I say giving him a reassuring pat. He smiles back, showing his
Bunny like teeth.

We were buying tickets for the movie, he was nice enough to
Buy both the snacks and the tickets. Saying 'it was okay. Since I was his date'
Which I find cute, and made my heart flutter as fuck.
We decided we would just watch a romance movie.
Since we both agreed to it, it was a very good start.

When we got inside the movie house ( I guess? )
We excitedly went to our seat, and started to eat our snacks.
"Thank you for treating me the tickets and the snacks.." I say whispering a little to Jeongguk "No problem, Y/n. Your very nice, so it's okay.."
I chuckle in response, continuing on eating the snacks we had.
Even though we shared our popcorn, Jeongguk bought the biggest ones. But the drinks weren't shared. He bought the largest one for him, but I told him to buy me just the medium. We talked for a while before the movie started. And we didn't have a lot in common, but we still seem to enjoy our talk.

Once the movie started, we un occasionally touched each other's hands
When getting popcorn, or holding each other's hands when there was something sad happening to the story. Or we sometimes laugh at each other, or we Sometimes suddenly hug each other and cry when there was something sad happening to the story. There were a lot of twist and turns that happened
on the movie. Lots of cries, laughs, and shocking moments.
But the ending came in where the girl and the guy finally met again after
Getting forbidden to meet, by the girl's family. The loved each other. But they couldn't because the girl's family was out of their way
They soon started to kiss romantically, making both me and Jeongguk suddenly blush and hold hands tightly. But we both soon break the hold. Realising what we just did..

We got out of the movie house, and we decided to eat for a while at a
Café, and this time I insisted that I should be the one treating him. And after a lot of 'no's' and 'yes'' he finally agreed
"I enjoyed my time with you, Jeongguk" I look at Jeongguk beside me, while smiling at him. Me eating the pasta I was eating "I enjoyed my time with you also, Y/n. You're the best date I ever had.." I blush by his words, but soon mumbled out a "thank you" He nods, while smiling warmly
After some time of more talking and laughing
Jeongguk suddenly says something

"Wouldn't it be romantic if you kiss someone like that, like in the in the movie we watched?" I look at him, amused "Y-yeah..if your with the person you really like.." he smiles
"So..can I kiss you like that..?" I look at him, blushing.. "W-What? Why?" I ask him, he chuckles a little "You said it would be romantic if I kiss someone I really like..and I really like you..Y/n" my eyes widen "M-me?" He nods, smiling cutely "For a very long time" I tilt my head, confused "How? We just met.." he shakes his head "You just dont know me that much, but we're at the same class. You were always with Mae..I liked you for a very long time, for almost 4 years. But I was too shy to tell you, and Mae didn't get this ready. I asked her to tell you it was a blind date, and that she was the one who got those ready for you..and the..dress? I picked that out, and bought it too.." my eyes widen, "R-really?! You could've asked me out personally Jeongguk.." I say looking down a little, because of my cheeks getting too red "I was too shy, I hoped you liked the dress though.." I chuckle "I love it Jeongguk, and thank you. And.." I pause for a while, Jeongguk tilts his head a little bit, confused.
"Yes..you can Kiss me.." I say blushing a little, his eyes lit up.
He soon goes near me, him cupping My face a little, while he holds my waist with one of his free hand. And me placing my hand in his shoulder.
He tilts his head a little, soon our lips touch, and my stomach did turns, and there were butterflies inside me. It felt right though..I return back the kiss soon after. It took for maybe 10 more seconds, before we part leaving us both panting a little. But we both look down, blushing..
"Thank you for this day Jeongguk.." I say smiling at him.. "Thank you, Y/n. Let's hang out more some time?" He ask "Sure, Kook." I say smiling
"Okay, babe".. he says smirking a little..
