I walked swiftly and hurriedly as I headed towards the library. No one knows what Marissa injected him with, so therefore we can't give him and antidote. No antidote means Uriel can't get healed. If you Uriel can't get healed, he'll constantly be in pain. If he's in pain, I'm in pain...and I hate pain. Once I made it to the library, I immediately started searching through books. Nothing was helping me, not even the big book of known spells. What the hell did Marissa put in him like that?
Ivy, did you ever consider the fact that it may not be in English?
I turned around to face whoever it was that was speaking to me. No one was there.
"Hello?" I called out.
I'm not there Ivy. I'm in your head. It's me! Snow!
Ohhh. I have to get used to this wolf thing. I completely forgot Snow was in my head.
Well what language could it be in? Italian? Dutch?
French. she said.
French? I don't know French! I yelled back.
Luckily I do. I wouldn't have said anything if I didn't. she said.
Good thing too. So where's the book?
It's called Attraits. It should be written in cursive. she said. I searched through all the books, but I couldn't find it.
I don't see it! I mentally whined.
She probably took it. Don't worry, Lucy hid a second a copy in the back. Snow said.
I groaned and stomped all the way to the back. Once I made it to the back, I looked at the very top. How do I get all the way up there?
Jump. Snow demanded. I hopped a little bit but nothing worked.
Keep doing it. she said again.
I jumped again and again until finally, I ended up all the way to the top. I grabbed the shelf and saw the book. Once I grabbed it, I hopped down and landed right on my feet.
That was fun Snow. But why couldn't I just use the ladder? I asked while glaring at no one in particular.
Because you won't learn your abilities if you take the easy way out. Now, close your eyes, hold your hand over the book, and say: Anglais.
"Anglais." I whispered. The book glowed a bright light. The bright light ended and then, the words were in English.
"Charms." I said. I flipped the pages until a particular spell caught my attention: Paralyzation Spell.
"The Paralyzation Spell causes pain to the physical form and instant sleep (paralyze) mode to the wolf form. If you want to heal someone of this spell, you'll need blood from a no good hybrid." I stopped since that was all I needed. A no good hybrid... the only person I know like that is Marissa. This would give me my chance to kill her, but how do I get to her? She's probably with her 'husband' Jacobi. I walked out the library and straight into Ashton.
"Hey sis. What's with the big ass textbook?"
"This spell book, is supposed to help us heal Uriel." I said.
"Oh cool! So what do we do?" he asked.
"Well, we need bad blood from a hybrid." I said.
"Where are we supposed to get- ohhhh. We need to kill Marissa." he said.
"Yeah. Except we don't know where Marissa is, and she has a whole coven protecting her. We'll never get that blood." I said.
"Never say never." Ashton said while smirking. I didn't want to figure out what he had planned, so I walked away and headed towards my room. Uriel was laying down sleeping peacefully. He sleeps a lot now... must be because of the serum. I'm hoping after this, we can have a normal life...
