~Ivy~
"What the hell is that?!" Ashton and dad yelled. Mom squealed when she saw the mark, Ashley was looking at it amazed. Uriah wasn't really worried about it.
"It's my mark. You have one daddy." I reasoned.
"Well yeah but that's because..."
"Dad, I'm almost 17. I'm supposed to get a mark at this age." I said. I know he's being over protective, every father is like that.
"Ugh. I know that, but did it have to be so soon? You couldn't have waited until I was dead?!" Dad cried out.
"Dad, what about me?" Ashley asked.
"You neither! None of my girls get marks until I'm dead and gone!" Dad yelled. Mom cleared her throat and pointed at her own mark. Dad's name and his wolf was imprinted in her skin.
"Well- I- you- GAH!"
We laughed as dad tried to weasel his way out the situation.
"What's the fuss about?" Uriel asked.
"YOU! You marked my daughter!" Dad yelled. In my head, I'm picturing Uriel looking scared and trying to hide behind my back, but instead, he laughed.
"Yes, I did. She is my luna, and I want people to know that she is mine. In fact, I was thinking of giving her a ceremony tomorrow." He said.
"Ceremony?" I asked.
"The ceremony is to celebrate you as luna. It's fun and you'll only be standing up there for a few minutes." Mom said. Of course she would know about this.
"You know what this means?" Ashley asked.
"SHOPPING!" I groaned loudly. I don't care for shopping too much. Ashley is a shopping fanatic, and from mom's excited expression, I can tell she is too.
"Luna, may I speak to you." John asked.
"Of course. What's wrong?"
"Nothing is wrong, I just wanted to properly introduce my mate, Denise. She wanted to have a few words with you." John said. Denise slowly walked up to me with her head bowed.
"You don't have to bow, Denise. I'm younger than you." I said.
"Yes, but it is a sign of respect. I would like to have a word with you luna. Would that be permissible?"
"Of course. Follow me." I led her to a guest room and sat on the bed.
"What did you need to talk to me about?"
"I'm sure you know about my sister, Marissa?" She asked somewhat nervously.
"I wasn't aware she had a sister. Are you like her too?" I slowly stood up, baring my fangs. I can take her... maybe.
"Far from it! I was against everything she'd put you through. I've always been on your side, Luna Ivy." She slightly bowed when she said this.
"Thank you, for being on our side. We greatly appreciate it." Denise turned to leave, but I stopped her.
"Denise, would you like to go shopping with us. I need a gown for my ceremony, and I would love it if you joined us." I said. I wanted to get to know her better, since she was apart of this pack.
"I would be honored, luna."
"Great!" I start walking away and she follows. "By the way, please call me Ivy. Luna makes me feel boring and stern."
"Ivy... that feels weird."
"How?"
"I used to call the old luna by her title." I smile as she said this.
"Well I'm not the old luna. So please, call me Ivy."

Is it bad to say that this book is almost over? I don't want to drag it out and really it's almost complete. We have one more major battle to go, and then completion! I'm going to miss writing this story. Should I make a sequel or nah?
