~Ivy~
"I have to say Ivy. I'm very impressed. I didn't think that little boy would make it." Jacobi said.
"You did that? Why?!" I yelled.
"A message. Come with me Ivy, or else there will be more people you need to heal."
"She's not going anywhere!" Uriel yelled.
"Oh I think she is. Ivy is too pure, too nice. She would do anything to protect this worthless pack." He sneered.
Jacobi knew me all too well.
"If I go, will you leave them alone?"
"Ivy, you don't have to do this! We can defeat him!" Uriel yelled.
"Ivy! Don't do it!" Mom yelled.
"Join me Ivy. Think of all these innocent pack members."
I didn't know what to do. While I know my pack can defeat Jacobi, there's no telling if his coven is somewhere hidden in the woods. The pack won't stand a chance against vampires.
"I'll go." I finally said.
"No! Ivy, you can't leave!" Dad yelled.
"I have to." I whispered.
"Oh my god. Lets get this over with." Jacobi whined. He grabbed me, and then we ended up in a castle.
"What the? How did we get here?!" I yelled.
"Don't worry about it. Follow me." Jacobi said. He must think I'm insane.
"No!" I yell.
"Ivy, quit being dramatic and follow me. If I wanted to kill you, I would've done it as soon as we transported to my home."
"We're in New York?!" I cried out.
"Not really. This is my second home."
I followed Jacobi to a huge room.
"This is your room. I'll be staying down the hall. Don't think of escaping either. There are guards everywhere. Dinner will be in one hour." He turned to leave, leaving me dumbfounded.
"Jacobi, why are you being nice?" I asked.
"It's simple: I'm going to mate with you." Jacobi shrugged.
"What?!"
"Yeah. And when you give birth to my children, we can train them to rule the world. Besides, you killed my love. I want Uriel to know how it feels when something you love gets taken away from you." With that, he left. Oh god... What have I done?
-Uriel-
"Uriel, calm down!" Mom yelled.
"Calm down?! My mate was just taken by some sick vampire! And you want me to calm down?! Who knows what he's going to do to her! I have to find her!" I packed clothes and grabbed money from a secret jar.
"Uriel, you don't even know where to find her." Donald reasoned.
"I have to try. I love her." I said with a cracked voice. I didn't want to cry. Mainly because it might make me look like wimp, but also because crying isn't going to save Ivy. All it's going to do is set me back.
"Denise, do you have any idea where they could be?" I asked.
"I've only seen one castle. That one is gone. I can ask someone who lives with him though."
"How will that work?" Ivy's mom asked.
"Some of us are against Jacobi, but because we will become 'rogue' if we don't have a coven, we had to stay." Denise explained.
"Excellent! How soon can you do it?" I asked. The quicker the better.
"Well this person doesn't speak English. I'm not really good with the language he speaks."
"What language is that?"
"French."
"We're in luck. I speak French." I said.
"Than we can get started right away."
Don't worry Ivy. Help is on the way.
