i know i shouldnt have forgiven her. but if she had genuinely meant to kiss him, she wouldnt have been so upset. she wouldnt have admitted it. anyway, i found out the truth in the morning.
"gabi says breakfast is ready" kio came into my room.
"oh" he said, realising laiya and i were half naked cuddling together. they made eye contact. she put her head back on my chest. i scowled at kio.
"fuck off kio, gabi never wakes us up for fucking breakfast," laiya said, her eyes closed. "we both know you came in here just to see if thats where i am" she sat up in bed, and looked at kio.
"get out" i said. he shut the door. i looked at laiya. i sat up. she shook her head. i wrapped my arms around her, and i could tell she was close to tears.
"this has ruined everything" she said, her voice uneven. i sighed.
"no laiya" i said back, and lifted her off my chest. i looked her in the eye.
"look at me laiya." she did. "before i go out and cut a bitch, did he kiss you, or did you kiss him?"
"i'll tell you how it went. so i went in and told him that i basically didnt want to kiss him, because i like you, and gabi likes him" she stopped. "i wasnt supposed to say that."
"i wont say, dw" i said back. gabi likes kio? thats cute, if kio wasnt a fucktard.
"so i said 'i told gabi i wouldnt kiss you' and he said 'gabi doesnt have to know' or something" she paused. "then he kissed me" i sighed, and looked away. she collapsed into my arms, and i cradled her for a few moments. suddenly she sat up.
"i need to tell gab before he tells her and ruins me" laiya said quickly. she got up and put on her bottoms. she put her hair in a ponytail and opened the door.
"you coming?" she asked.
"with you in that bra, oh yes" i said. she rolled her eyes and put on one of my shirts from my suitcase.
"i meant, are you coming with me?" she said.
"yep" i got up, put my shirt on, and left the room. gabi was in the main room sitting with kio.
"look who it is." gabi said. did kio tell her? oh fuck. "getting frisky with danny?" she was looking at laiya. oh phew. that was close. i could sense laiyas sigh of relief.
"yeah, i couldnt sleep" she said. "can i talk to you gab?" she said. she looked at me and nodded before leaving the room. i sat down next to kio. i couldnt control myself. i spat it out before i could do anything to stop it.
"so, kissing my girl huh?"
