Water- 3 water bottle
Food- egg Salad, one taco, grapes, cookies, Funyuns
Today is my official day, Monday the 13th. I couldn't resist myself from chips so I had a good amount. I will not eat anymore chips though. I am cutting that out. I had three water bottles which isn't enough so I am also going to step up my game and drink more water. I am going to try to do intermitting fasting starting Wednesday 8/16. If you don't know what that means there are a lot of internet information out their for you guys to search. But basically is where you eat for a certain time frame, so for me which is 8/16, I eat from 1:00pm- 8:00. After 8pm I stop eating and fast. During your fast you can't eat nothing only drink water for 16 hours.Jan 14
I didn't have any temptations today which is extremely surprising. I went out to lunch with a friend from college and got sushi. I also had two plates of chicken vegetable soup and that was about all for today's meal. I didn't drink a lot of water like I was supposed to but I am trying. Tomorrow for class I have to wear a sports bra and shorts to class for a lab and I feel extremely uncomfortable about it. I will see how it goes.Jan 15
I had some vegetable soup again from yesterday but this time with only one chicken leg. I also had half an Avocado. I had 3/4th of a bag of popcorn. I also had three water bottles today. I'm Happy to say I made it through the class. I was extremely uncomfortable but I made it through. Everyone in that class was super skinny, you could almost see their six packs. I'm glad it's over but there will be a lot of more other classes that involve me only wearing a sports bra and shortsJan 16
I did a 30 minute workout with my mom.Jan 17
I ate some beans with hard boiled eggs. A small salad. For my last meal I had to BBQ chicken. I did a ten minute workout.Jan 18
I ate some beans with rice and steak for dinner. For breakfast I had oatmeal pancakes my mom made me with bacon and quesadillas. I've been eating a lot again so I have to get motivated again but I was doing very good these past four days.January is over!
Time really flies. Honestly have not lost any weight, I don't think I have anyways. I buy vegan chips now. They don't have any animal products in them. They are actually very good. I'm going to start exercising As much as I can this month. It's finally getting warmer but it's expected to snow this week. So I will see. I'm still eating out but not as much as last few months. I still drink juice. This will be my goal for this month.

I think I drink a lot of juice and all my calories come from that. As well as snacks. I snack a lot. Hopefully this month will go better. I did weigh myself half way in the middle of January. I weighed the same at 224. I don't seem to gain or lose weight. I'm like stuck at this weight. I need to try harder and stop eating a lot.Also I'm at 3K reads, which is crazy. I can't believe this many people read my weight loss "diary". Love y'all who support me. I really appreciate it!
