13. Unplanned twinning

I pick up my plate and watch as some maple syrup begins to dribble.
"Caught it!!" I said with satisfaction, as I finished licking up the maple syrup that was dripping.

Shawn looked over at me and smirked, lightly shaking his head.

"What you can't waste maple syrup!!!" I said scolding him.
"You and Aaliyah are like twins. She would have done the exact same thing." He said laughing.

I rolled my eyes and picked up Shawn and i's clean plates, taking them over to the sink and rinsing them quickly.

"So, what now?" I asked, whilst slapping my hands on the bench top.
"Well....Ummm.....oh right!! Get dressed we're going out." Shawn said with a smirk on his face.

We trudge up the staircase to his room, Shawn picking up my bag on the way there. He opens the wooden door and makes a beeline for his wardrobe. He begins selecting a few items and chucking them onto his bed. I grab my bag that he placed on the end of his bed and start getting out the clothes he picked out for me. With clothing in hand I walk to the bathroom to get changed.

5 minutes later a pair of black skinny jeans hugged my short legs, along with a black long sleeve covering the top half of my body. Finally I slid the white, navy and forest green flannel onto my arms. It's not a bad outfit.

Back in Shawn's room, I sat on his bed facing the window so I can't see him changing behind me, pulling some white socks with a small frill at the top, onto my tiny, cold feet.

"Okay." Shawn says from behind me.

I turn around and find him wearing a pair of black jeans, black long sleeve and a white, navy and forest green flannel over his shoulders.

"You cheeky monkey!!!" I squeal at him.
"You purposefully chose this outfits so we would match!!" I stuck my tongue out at him and he just laughed.
"We gotta go!!!" He said with a cute ass smile on his face.

I pick up my black vans, back pack and my coat, then we head down the stairs. At the front door I put everything down, sit on the cold tile floor and slip on my shoes. Shawn doing. The same thing with his matching vans. After tying up the laces and pulling on my coat, I sling my back pack over my shoulder and walk out the door behind Shawn.

"You excited Amy?!" Shawn asks me.
" I suppose so!!" I say back enthusiastically.

Hey guys, I'm so sorry I haven't been updating in ages, I just haven't been in the right mind set to write. I actually was going to make this chapter longer but stupid wattpad deleted what I wrote apart from this. So I hope you guys enjoy this and aren't to mad at me for not updating in so long.
