Todoroki's Birthday

No ones POV:

Today was the day of the small Shoto Todoroki. It was officially his birthday and he was turning 5 years old. But lets take a small flashback on what happened in the Todoroki house hold that night...

(Real quick note i don't really know what age he got his scar lets just say that he got it when he was about to turn 5)

Shotos POV and Flashback

It was currently 6:37 and I got out of my room down the stairs to escape from my fathers training.

As I was walking down the stairs I heard talking? It was coming from the kitchen.

When I was about to walk into the kitchen I saw my mom with something in front of her. I stood behind the little opening walk in, so I could make out what she was saying.

"I don't like him he looks so much like his father" was she talking about me? I made a little bit of noise when I moved because the floor creaked. "Um mom" I stared at her back wide eyed.

She had finally turned around and she looked like a creepy maniac with her eyes. After she just looked at me grabbed a teapot or kettle looking thing and dropped the hot boiling water all over my left side.

I screamed "AHHHHHHH!!" I had never been in so much pain in my entire life. Other than pushing myself in training.

"Im so sorry Shoto" my mom mumbled before running away to who knows where. I ran back upstairs with my hand covering the red burn but I bumped into someone.

"Oh Shoto what happened to you." It was a soft but still deep ish voice. It was my big brother Touya. I loved him with all my heart, especially when he comforts me.

"It i-it was m-m-mom" I still had tears falling down. "Don't worry Shoto I will help you, but come to my room" my red headed brother held out a huge hand towards my small one. I took it and we headed to his bedroom.

In Touyas room.

"Look Shoto, sit on my bed while I get some bandages alright" he was about to leave but i grabbed his wrist and spoke. "P-please don't go I n-need y-you it h-hurts so m-much." I pleaded and gave small ish puppy dog eyes till he agreed. "Alright fine, I think I have some bandages in this desk." He sweetly smiled at me and went quick to find some bandages.

"There" Touya made a quick walk back towards me and he found a big round bandage.

"Okay I'm going to wrap this around your scar and a little on your hair, if it hurts you just hold on tight, okay?" I simply nodded. It hurt a little but I could handle it since he was being gentle.

"So how do you feel now?" When Touya finished me moved away so I can see and feel the bandage. "I feel much better now, thank you big brother."

I gave him a big warm hearted hug, but still a little cautious to not hurt the burn that was wrapped. "Now to get things off your mind" he pulled out of the hug and continued. "Since your at a new school you must have a little crush on another person huh" he poked my stomach which made me giggle a bit.

I had just realised what he said and a tint of pink had painted over my cheeks. I thought of y/n. "Ah so you do have a little crush huh, is it a girl or maybe, a boy!!" He tackled me on his bed slowly while I kept laughing harder and harder. "N-no Touya s-stop."

I really did enjoy our brother bonding times, even if i was hurt or not.

End of flashback

Time skip at school

Y/ns POV:

It was lunch time and all of our class was at the lunch benches with their food. Either still in their plate just talking or actually eating.

Since the whole class knew about Shoto's birthday, and that it was today, we decided to sing to him at lunch. Which was now.

I saw that Shoto now has a scar but we can talk about that later. All that matters now is this time. His time.

I stopped eating to talk to Shoto who was beside me.

"You ready Sho" I smiled with a little evil stare. "Huh?" He paused and swallowed his cold soba. "What are you talking about y/n?"

"1 2 3 Happy Birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Shoto happy birthday too you!" Our whole class sang and I gave him a big hug since his present would be later on at break.

He actually smiled in front of the whole class! I was proud even though it was an ity bity one.

We finished our lunch and went out to the play area. Sho and I always sit on the bench to talk or do something by our selfs, so others wont bother us.

"Um y/n you know how you asked me about me quirk yesterday?" He asked me. "Yes" he hesitated and spoke again. "You know how I didnt really feel like telling you about it yesterday?" He was stalling for a while, but I went with it. "Yes."

"I think im ready to show you now."
"Yay, finally show me pleaseee nowww." I begged but really didn't need to since he was already committed to do it.

"Okay okay I will show you my right side then my........left...........one." He sounded a little bit more disappointed, but I still wanted to ask him about his scar.

"Before we go on Sho what happened to your left side, close by your eye" he looked sadder if that even was a thing.
"It's a really long story." I stayed quiet then came up with an idea.

"Then since its a long story you can come to my house tommorow, which is a weekend and we can have a play date. Of course if your parents let you" I said.

"My dad might say why and so many other questions, but I think my siblings will be okay" he started to smile a bit.

RING

"Kids your parents are here!"

"Aw you didn't show me your quirk" I said sadly. "Yeah I know sorry." Sho said. "Don't worry, you can show me tomorrow at my house!" I was trying very hard for him to come. "Alright I'll go." "Yay!" Before I left home again I gave him a quick peck on his cheek.

"Happy Birthday Shoto" and I ran off.
