Baby teeth

Im running out of ideas sooo the sad parts are coming up

It was another day back at school and everything was going smoothly so far. The cold season was over which meant no more snow and no more huge coats.

But a pleasant and funny surprise was about to hit y/n when Shoto laughs.

Shotos POV:

I didn't want to go to school today because of my dumb mouth!

The other day...

"C'mon Shoto lets play cops and robbers!" Natsuo was being a bother that day. "No I don't want to my tooth is wiggly" "Huh let me see!" He started to run towards me. "No you can't!"

"Then it's either let me see them or let's play cops and robbers!" Natsuo shot his hands high getting hyped up. "Fine, your such a weird person" I said. "Alright now we need to make teams!"

We both ran down the stairs to see our two older siblings in the kitchen. Touya was on his phone and Fuyumi was eating some katsudon. "Hey guy's wanna play cops and robbers?" Natsuo asked excitedly. "Sure sounds fun. Are you playing Shoto?" Fuyumi turned to me but I was just staring at the food.

"Heh you wanna bite Shoto? it's almost done." She was wiggling some with her spoon at my height. "Of course I want some!" I opened my mouth wide and she dipped the spoon of katsudon in my mouth. But I couldn't eat it. "Wahh dumb tooth" I spit out the food in the trash.

"Aww sorry about that Shoto" my sister said while putting the dirty dish away. "Soo back to the game,we're all in right?!" "Yes!" "Um no, are you crazy" we all turned to look at Touya. "Come on big bro, you can be with Shoto!"

He looked at me and sighed. "Fine." "Alright me and Fuyumi are the cops, and you guys are the robbers." "Okay that's fine" I really didn't care about what I was. "Lets get our outfits then!" Fuyumi gave us 15 minutes to get ready.

When everyone was done me and Touya were dressed in black and white while the others were in dark blue. "Okay robbers start hiding while we count." We both nodded. "One two three
four five..."

20 minutes later.

Touya was already caught by Fuyumi and was in his cell being watched by her. I wasn't losing easily.

Natsuo had been chasing me and he was starting to get really tired. I could hear it in his breathing. "Ha you think your fast Shoto, think again I have a secret weapon!" I watched as Natsuo pulled out his newest and biggest nerf gun.

"Its nerf or nothing!" He shot bullets and one of them smacked my wiggly tooth. Really hard.

Present time

And now im here.

"Come on Shoto time for school!" My sister called out and I didn't want to go. But if I did go I get to see her. I get to see y/n again!

"Okay I'm going!"

Y/NS POV

When I got into the classroom, as usual, I walked to my assigned seat. But Shoto was already there playing with a pencil!

I immediately ran over to the desk and almost fell over. "Hey Y/n are you okay?" My classmate, Haruhi, saw but I guess Shoto didn't. "Yeah I'm fine, thanks though" I smiled brightly at her. "Your welcome" and she ran with her friend group.

"Hey Shoto you're finally early!" He didn't look sad, happy, or mad. His face didn't even show any kind of emotion. It was emotionless. Huh I wonder what happened.

"Is everything okay Shoto?" I asked him putting my small hand on his shoulder. He nodded still not talking. Just then the teacher walked in. "Okay class it's a new day, let's begin!" I wasn't going to stop until I found out what was wrong with Shoto.

"We'll talk at recess okay?" He nodded again. This was really getting on my nerves. But I guess it's what best friends are for.

At reccess:

The bell rang and Mrs. Neal told us we can go outside and play. Everyone ran outside as soon as she said this and Shoto and I just walked, again.

"So Shoto, what's going on?" I put my hands on my hips obviously mad and losing my temper already. I know I shouldn't have to be mad but friends don't keep secrets from each other.

He covered his hand over his mouth and said "nothings wrong." Why did he do that? "Sho I couldn't hear you. Say it again." He gave me a small glare but did as I said. "I said everything's fine, nothings wrong?" That sounded like a question!

"Are you sure? Why did you say it like that huh?" "Sounded more like a question to me." I apparently got on his nerves because he screamed next. "I said nothing!"

He had a small lisp in his voice when he said that. Then I realized it. I looked in his mouth and saw he lost a tooth! "Wow Sho you look so funny like that!" I covered my mouth and laughed.

"H-huh you weren't supposed t-to s-see" his cheeks turned red and he crossed his arms. "Aww don't worry Sho, you still look cool like a hero!" I said excited. "I do?" "Yeah! Like a strong one too!" He smiled showing his teeth. Or the ones that he had left.

"Thanks Y/n!" "I can't wait to lose my tooth so I could look just like you!" "Yeah and then we can both be heros and fight the villains together!"

"We can train together and do so much more stuff!" "Mhmm!" I wanted to make him feel even more better so I told him something. "Hey Sho?" "Yeah n/n?" "You're going to be my favorite #1 hero" I gave him a big hug. "Thanks Y/n" he hugged my back tighter.

Now that Shoto is happy I am too.

Mrs. Neal was watching from the window. She totally ships it.
